As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Lewis Kerr sent the Enterprise renewal order form at £114k plus VAT for 160 users, targeting countersignature by 3 Feb 2026. Fiona Metcalfe declined to sign by then and wants a usage case first.
Ask: Fiona wants to know what the teams get from the 160 licences compared with last year, why branch activity has fallen, and confirmation that £114k is the full annual amount apart from VAT.
Customer view: she will not sign by Tuesday and will take it to the board only with a usage case. The renewal is unsigned in this thread, with the term ending 27 Feb 2026.
Next: Lewis to confirm the fee and Daniel to deliver the usage case.

- Lewis Kerr 30 Jan 2026 17:35Dear Fiona, I hope you are well. Following the conversations with Neil and Daniel, I am attaching the renewal order form for Strensall Merchants for your signature. To put a number on it: the order form is for Enterprise at £113,500 a year, plus VAT, covering 160 licensed users. That matches your current contracted annual figure. The current term ends on 27 Feb 2026, and the renewal runs on from that date, so signing in good time keeps everything continuous for the branches. Our internal target is to have it countersigned by 3 Feb 2026, though I appreciate that is a short window and I would rather you were comfortable than rushed. If there is anything you would like changed or explained before you sign, tell me and I will come back to you quickly. I'll send that over today in a clean PDF as well, in case the attachment gives you trouble. Kind regards, Lewis
- Fiona Metcalfe 2 Feb 2026 17:33Lewis, Thank you for sending this. I have read it, but I will not be signing by Tuesday. Before I take it to the board, I need a usage case. What are the teams actually getting from the 160 licences, and how does that compare with last year? Daniel mentioned some of the branch activity has been lower recently, and I would like to understand why before we commit again. In pounds, please: can you confirm the £113,500 is the full annual amount, with nothing else added on top apart from VAT? We'll look at it at renewal, but I would like the answers first.
