Your B-Viz renewal: notice and next steps

Dear Fiona, I hope you are well. Just to close the loop on the contract calendar: your Enterprise subscription with BG-Demo runs to 27 Feb 2026, and this note is our formal renewal notice, sent in good time so that nothing has to be rushed at the end. The subscription is currently contracted at £113,500 a year, covering 160 licensed users. We have opened the renewal on our side with a target of 3 Feb 2026 to have the paperwork agreed, which leaves a comfortable gap before the end date. Before we talk about terms, I would like to put together a short usage case for you, so that you and the board can see what Strensall Merchants has had from B-Viz over the year. Usage across the branch, trade credit and key account teams has grown nicely this quarter, and I think the picture will speak for itself. I will include who is asking the most questions and where the teams are getting the most from it. Lewis is copied and will pick up the commercial side when you are ready. Daniel, Thank you for the notice, much appreciated. Two things. First, please confirm the renewal figure in pounds, and whether it includes anything beyond the subscription itself. Second, yes to the usage case. I will want it before anything is agreed. I do not renew without one, and I need to be able to explain the cost to the board. Dear Fiona, Thank you, that is very clear. On the figure: the contracted annual subscription today is £113,500, for 160 licensed users. I do not want to guess at what the renewal paperwork will say beyond that, so Lewis will confirm the renewal figure in pounds, with the VAT position set out, once you are ready to look at it. I will leave the pricing conversation with him and with you, as you suggest. I will come back to you with the usage case in the next couple of weeks. It will cover how many people are using B-Viz, what they are asking it, and how that has moved compared with the previous quarter. I will keep it to a page or two, in plain language.
