Training session for the North East branches

Hi Karen, I'm Hamza, the implementation consultant working with Strensall Merchants. Now that your accounts are live, I'd like to set up a training session for the North East branch managers and whoever else in your region will be using B-Viz day to day. I'm thinking of a session of around two hours, run online, covering how to find a trade account, read its orders, deliveries and calls together, and ask questions in chat. If your team would rather see it with a couple of their own accounts, tell me which ones and I'll prepare them beforehand. Could you let me know which days next week suit you and your branch managers, mornings or afternoons? Early in the week is easiest for me, but I can work around you. Thanks, Hamza

Hi Hamza, Thanks for this, and sorry for the slow reply. It's been a busy few days across the branches. Tuesday and Wednesday this week are no good, I'm afraid, as most of my managers are out at customer sites. Thursday morning looks better, though I haven't heard back from everyone yet. Friday is a definite no because of stock counts. Online is fine, but I'd like to keep it to a couple of hours at most, otherwise I'll lose people. Would it be possible to record it for anyone who can't make it? I'm not sure how that works on your side. I'll confirm numbers once I've spoken to the team. Karen

Hi Karen, No problem at all, thanks for coming back to me. Thursday morning next week works for me, so let's pencil it in for 10:00 and finish by midday. A short break in the middle will keep people fresh. On recording: I'll check what's possible and confirm before the session, so please don't promise it to the team yet. Either way, I'll send a short written summary afterwards for anyone who misses it.
