Hamza Akhtar proposed a rollout order for the Enterprise licence. Ashok Patel agreed, put key-account first, will test the delivery system on one branch and asked how delivery records join to trade accounts.

Ask: Hamza wants an hour to schedule the delivery system and agree which users come on next, as only a small group are logging in against 160 licensed users. Ashok replied within a day and offered Friday morning.

Customer view: Ashok backs the order and wants key-account first, because they ask the most questions. He is cautious, testing one branch first and wanting the account number mapping confirmed before going wider.

Next: Hamza sends the draft rollout order before Friday. He should confirm the account number the delivery records are keyed on.

Hi Ashok, With the branch and credit sources moving along, the last piece I'd like to schedule is the delivery system, plus a short conversation about rolling B-Viz out to your users. Your Enterprise licence covers 160 users, and so far only a small group are logging in, so it would be good to agree who comes on next: branch managers, the key-account team, or the credit team. Could we find an hour towards the end of this week or early next? I'll bring a draft rollout order for you to react to. Daniel Okafor, your customer success manager, would like to hear how it goes, so I'll pass on the outcome afterwards. Thanks, Hamza

Hamza, That order makes sense to me. I'd suggest key-account first, because they ask the most questions about deliveries and they'll notice quickly if something doesn't line up. For the delivery system I'll test it on one branch first, as with the others. Which account number is that keyed on in your mapping? I'd like to be sure the delivery records join to the same trade account before we go wider. Friday morning is free on my side. Send me the draft rollout order beforehand and I'll mark it up. Ashok
