Onboarding session: finding a time

Hi Ashok, Thanks for sending the access details for the branch and credit systems. I have checked both logins and they work. That is the first box ticked. Next is the mapping session. I would like about an hour with you to go through the account number question and the first field mappings, then start the first connector on one branch only. Agenda for the hour: - the account number we key on, and where branch and credit differ - the fields we map first: orders, credit limits and balances - a test load on a single branch - what we check afterwards, so you can repeat it yourself Would Tuesday or Wednesday next week suit you? Mornings are best for me, as then there is time to look at the first load the same day. Still waiting on access to the delivery system, so that will come later. Thanks, Callie

Callie, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days. Thursday morning works for me. The test branch will be a mid-sized one, which I think gives us a fair mix of trade and cash accounts. I have a screenshot of the account number mismatch between branch and credit. I will send it before the session so you can see what I mean. It is not every account, but it is enough to matter. The delivery system access is still with the other team. I will tell you as soon as I know. Ashok
