Ask: Fiona wants written confirmation of whether the connector 'live within' days run from signature or from the start of implementation.
Customer view: positive. The split is clear and she expects to sign and return the form the next day.
Next: Lewis must answer the connector timing question in writing before 14 Feb 2025. The thread shows no signature yet, so the order form is not executed.

Lewis Kerr 12 Feb 2025 12:20Dear Fiona, Please find the order form for the Enterprise subscription attached, for your signature. I'll send that over today in the usual format for the signatory, and I have kept it as a single document under the master agreement. As you asked after my last note, the subscription and the one-off implementation fee are shown separately in pounds, each with the VAT position. Together they come to £143,500 exclusive of VAT, which is the total deal value, so please do not read it as the annual figure. The annual subscription is the separate line on the form. We are aiming for signature by 14 Feb 2025, which keeps the implementation start on the plan Neil and I discussed. If anything needs changing, tell me today or tomorrow and I will turn it round quickly rather than let the date slip. If it helps, Owen is available to answer any commercial point on the form. Is that counted from signature or from the start of implementation? Please confirm in writing so I can note it for our records. Subject to that, I expect to sign tomorrow, 14 Feb 2025, and send it straight back to you. Fiona Metcalfe
