What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Mostly logistical: a 30-minute call is booked for Thursday 09:30. Fiona Metcalfe asked what decision was expected and said she would rather not meet just to hear the proposal again. Lewis Kerr said no decision is needed.
Ask: Lewis wanted a call on commercial terms and any points Fiona wants changed, bringing the revised breakdown.
Customer view: Fiona accepts the slot but challenges its purpose, and asks for the breakdown the day before so she can read it first.
Next: Lewis sends the invite, and uses the call to agree which terms to take back and revise in the next order form. Price points go in writing afterwards.

- Lewis Kerr 27 Jan 2025 11:48Hello Fiona, I hope the week has started well. Following your comments on the proposal, I'd like to book a call to go through the commercial terms and any points you want changed. Could we do thirty minutes later this week? I can do Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning, whichever suits your diary. To save time I'll bring the revised breakdown with the implementation and subscription shown separately, ex VAT, and I'll send it beforehand so you have it in front of you. I appreciate you won't want to agree anything on the call itself, so treat it as a chance to ask questions. If it's easier, you're welcome to send me your questions in writing first and I'll answer those ahead of the call. Kind regards, Lewis
- Fiona Metcalfe 27 Jan 2025 12:58Lewis, Thursday morning, 09:30, would work. What decision are you expecting from it? I would rather not meet if it is simply to hear the proposal again. Please send the breakdown tomorrow, so I can read it first. Fiona Metcalfe
- Lewis Kerr 28 Jan 2025 15:16Fiona, Thursday at 09:30 is booked, and I'll send the invite after this. To answer your question: no decision is needed from you on the call. The purpose is to agree which terms you want me to take back and revise, so that the next version of the order form reflects your comments. Anything on price, I'll deal with in writing afterwards. The breakdown is attached, as asked, with the VAT position shown on each line. Let me know if anything in it is unclear before Thursday and I'll fix it. Kind regards, Lewis
