Ask: Alice asked Rebecca to attend and to speak briefly, promising a draft for approval and no naming of Kelbrook or use of figures without written agreement.
Customer view: None. The evidence does not show whether Rebecca accepted.
Next: Alice to follow up if no reply, given Rebecca's earlier enthusiasm for the relationship manager use case.

- Alice Brewer 9 May 2026 09:41Hi Rebecca, I'm writing to invite you to our revenue leaders roundtable in London on Tuesday 26 May 2026. It is an in-person session, small by design, and the aim is simple: a handful of people who run customer-facing teams compare notes on how they get a single, trustworthy view of each relationship. I thought of you straight away. The way Kelbrook brought policies, claims and calls together so that relationship managers go into a member's renewal knowing the full picture is exactly the kind of practical example the room tends to value. The story here is less about technology and more about what changes for the member when nobody has to ask twice. Two asks, and neither is a commitment yet: - Would you be able to join us on the day? If a colleague from member services, underwriting or claims would find it useful, they would be very welcome too. - Would you be happy to say a few words about how your teams use B-Viz? Nothing formal. A few minutes in conversation would do, and I'll send a draft of anything we plan to say about Kelbrook for your approval before it goes anywhere. We would not name Kelbrook or use any of your figures without your written agreement. I know the invitation lands on a Saturday and the date is a little way off, so there is no rush. If you can let me know in the next week or so whether it works, I can hold a place and send the full details of the venue and running order. If it is not the right moment, that is completely fine, and I'll make sure you hear about the next one. Best, Alice Alice Brewer Head of Marketing, BG-Demo
