What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Tom Ashdown asks Judith Saxton, the Chief Executive, for a conversation about how B-Viz is working. She agrees to a call, but will make no commitment without the board, wants no hurry, and wants Malcolm included on the contract.
Ask: Tom wanted to hear how Judith thinks B-Viz is working and what she wants from BG-Demo in future, before any paperwork. She prefers a call to a visit and asks Tom to arrange a time with her office.
Customer view: She is open but firm: "We think in years, not quarters." She has heard good things from Rebecca.
Next: Tom should contact her office for a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon the following week, and keep Malcolm in anything touching the contract.

- Tom Ashdown 22 Oct 2025 14:35Dear Judith, I hope you're keeping well. Marcus and I were talking after his check-in with Rebecca, and it's clear B-Viz is being used well across Kelbrook. Member services, underwriting and claims are all in there now. Since you sponsor the relationship with us, I'd like to get something in the diary for a short conversation with you. Nothing formal. I'd like to hear how you think it's working for the teams and what you'd want from us over the coming years, with your current term running to 16 Jan 2026. I'd rather we understood that properly before anyone talks paperwork. It could be a call or a visit to Leeds, whichever suits you. Would any time in the next couple of weeks work, or is the board calendar getting in the way? Leave it with me and I'll fit round you. Best, Tom Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Judith Saxton 22 Oct 2025 15:51Dear Tom, Thank you for your note. I'd be glad to talk. I hear good things from Rebecca about how the teams are using it, and I would like to understand for myself how this helps our members. A call would suit me better than a visit at present. The following week is easier than the next few days. Perhaps you could ask my office for a time on Tuesday or Thursday afternoon. I should say plainly that I can't make any commitment on our side without the board having seen it, and I would prefer not to hurry. We think in years, not quarters. But I am happy to have the conversation, and Malcolm should be included in anything touching the contract. With thanks, Judith Saxton
