What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the first session, Callie Brennan offered a shorter follow-up. Kirsty Hepworth chose Wednesday at 10:00, shared early stuck points, and asked whether the team can still book time with Callie or must go to Marcus.
Ask: Callie proposed a one-hour session to review what worked, cover call history alongside claims and check access.
Customer view: Kirsty agreed, with the schools team only. Early questions concern similar school names and whether call summaries show everything. Two team members asked who supports them after this, and she did not know what to say.
Next: Callie to answer the support handover question and Kirsty to forward the full list of questions.

- Callie Brennan 12 Mar 2024 11:44Hi Kirsty, A quick note following the first session with the schools team. It was good to see everyone asking their own questions rather than waiting for me to show them, and the examples you picked made it feel real. I'd like to offer a shorter second session, since a few questions came up that are easier to answer once people have had a go on their own. The plan for the hour: - go back over the questions the team tried since the first session and see what worked and what didn't - show how to ask about a member's call history alongside their claims - check that each person's access is set up as you expect, so nobody hits a blank page What I need from your side is a note of any questions people got stuck on. Even rough notes are fine, I'll sort them into themes before we meet. I can do Monday or Wednesday next week, mornings preferably. Which is better for you? Happy to keep it to the same group, with a couple of seats spare if anyone from underwriting would like to listen in. Thanks, Callie
- Kirsty Hepworth 14 Mar 2024 11:57Hi Callie, Thanks, and sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy week with renewals. Wednesday morning would work best, say 10:00. Monday is crowded for us. I've asked the team to jot down where they got stuck. So far it's mostly about finding a school with a similar name to another one, and whether the call summaries show everything or just the main points. I'll forward the full list when I have it, probably Tuesday. I'm not sure about underwriting joining yet. I'll ask, but let's plan for the schools team only and treat anyone else as a bonus. One more thing: two of the team asked whether they'd still be able to book time with you after this, or whether it goes to Marcus. I wasn't sure what to tell them. Kind regards, Kirsty On 12 Mar 2024, at 11:44, Callie Brennan wrote: > Which is better for you?
