What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callie Brennan offered slots for a live training session on the schools team's own data. Kirsty Hepworth chose Thursday at 14:00, confirmed the whole team can attend, and asked for the setup note a day beforehand.
Ask: Callie wanted an attendee list, two or three real member situations and a room, and offered Tuesday or Thursday at 10:00 or 14:00.
Customer view: Kirsty was positive and practical. Tuesday clashes with the school renewals meeting, one colleague may attend only the first hour, and the team will meet in Leeds.
Next: Kirsty to send example headings before Thursday. Callie to send the setup note a day ahead.

- Callie Brennan 6 Mar 2024 14:06Hi Kirsty, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. As promised, here is the plan for training the schools relationship managers, so you can check it with your team before we lock anything in. Before we switch on the refresh for everyone, I'd like to run one live session on your own data. The idea is that each relationship manager leaves able to pull up a school's policies, claims and recent calls in one place, and ask B-Viz a plain question about them. What I need from your side is: - a list of who will attend, ideally the whole schools team so nobody is left learning second-hand - two or three real member situations you'd like us to walk through (nothing sensitive in the invite, just a heading) - a room or a video link, whichever suits you best On timing, I can do Tuesday or Thursday next week, either at 10:00 or 14:00. The session needs roughly two hours, with a short break in the middle. After that I'll send a one-page setup note so the team has something to refer back to. Could you let me know which slot works? If neither does, give me a couple of alternatives and I'll work around you. Thanks, Callie
- Kirsty Hepworth 8 Mar 2024 10:31Hi Callie, Thanks for this, very clear. I've spoken to the team and Thursday at 14:00 suits most of us. Tuesday clashes with our school renewals meeting, so that one's out. The whole schools team should be able to attend, though one colleague may only make the first hour. Is that a problem? I'd rather she saw some of it than none. For the examples, I'll pick a few members with a mix of policies and a claim or two, so it feels like a real renewal conversation. I'll send the headings over before Thursday. We'll use a meeting room here in Leeds and I'll sort the screen. Please could you also send the setup note a day beforehand, if it's ready? A couple of the team like to read ahead. Kind regards, Kirsty On 6 Mar 2024, at 14:06, Callie Brennan wrote: > Could you let me know which slot works?
