Logistical thread from 15 and 16 Feb 2024. Callie asked for written access, the master member identifier and an overnight load window. Tariq accepted Tuesday morning, moved the second session to Friday and committed to nothing unconfirmed.

Ask: Callie wanted written access to three systems through a secure route, the master member identifier and the best overnight window. She proposed Tuesday and Thursday sessions and would not start any connector before written access.

Customer view: Tariq agreed Tuesday morning, asked for Friday instead of Thursday because of a month-end run, and raised the IT access request. He would not promise names or the identifier until checked.

Hi Tariq, Thanks for your time on the call today. Here is the plan as I have it, so we can both check it against our diaries. Before we switch on the refresh, what I need from your side is: - written read access to the policy system, the claims system and the helpline system, with the service account details sent through your usual secure route, not by email - a note of which member identifier each system treats as the master one - the best overnight window for loads, so we do not collide with your own jobs Once that is in, I would like to book a working session on Tuesday next week, in the morning, to connect the first source and walk through the field mapping together. A second session on Thursday would cover the other two sources. I will not start any connector until the access is confirmed in writing, so the order matters here. Could you tell me which of those days suit you, and whether anyone else from member services or underwriting should join for the mapping part? Thanks, Callie

Hi Callie, Thanks for the summary, that is clear. Tuesday morning works for me. Thursday is tight because of a month-end reporting run, so could we make the second session Friday instead? I will have the access request raised with our IT team today and I will confirm in writing once it has been approved. I will send the service account details through the secure route, not in an email. On the member identifier: it is a mapping question, so I would rather confirm it with the people who own each system than guess. I will come back to you before Tuesday with what I find out. The overnight window is also something I will check against last night's load times and send you. For the mapping session, I think one person from claims and one from member services would be useful. I will ask them, but I will not promise names until they have agreed. Thanks, Tariq
