Onboarding thread from 26 Jan 2024. Callie proposed a two-hour session to connect three sources. Tariq agreed Thursday at 10:00 for policy and claims, asked to defer the helpline, and is still checking member number formats.

Ask: Callie wanted written read-only access for three systems, a helpline contact and the member number field in each. She would not start a connector without written access.

Customer view: Tariq accepted Thursday at 10:00 and said policy and claims access was sorted. The helpline needs a request to his telephony team, so he asked to split it into a second session.

Next: Tariq to send access details in writing and member number field names before Thursday. Callie to send the invite and confirm receipt.

Hi Tariq, Thanks for your time on the call earlier. As promised, here is the plan for getting Kelbrook connected, now that the contract has been live since 17 Jan 2024. Before we switch on the refresh, I'd like a working session with you to connect the three sources in order: policy, claims, then the helpline system. About two hours should do it. I can offer Thursday at 10:00 or Friday at 14:00, whichever suits you better. What I need from your side is: - read-only access for each of the three systems, sent to me in writing (I won't start a connector without it) - the name of whoever looks after the helpline system, in case we need them on the day - a note of which field you treat as the member number in each system Please don't send any member data over email. Field names are plenty for the mapping, and we can look at real records together in the session. Once the session is done I'll send you a setup note so you can run things alone if you need to. Thanks, Callie

Hi Callie, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy few days with month end reporting. Thursday at 10:00 works for me. Read-only access for policy and claims is sorted and I'll send the details separately once I've confirmed with our security team that the route is fine. The helpline system is slower: that needs a request to our telephony team, so I can't promise it before Thursday. Could we do policy and claims first and leave the helpline for a second short session? On the member number, that is a mapping question and a slightly awkward one. Policy and claims both carry a member number, but I'd rather check how each is formatted before I tell you they match. I'll check last night's load from our side and come back with the field names tomorrow. Thanks, Tariq

Hi Tariq, That's fine, and splitting it makes sense. Policy and claims on Thursday, then a shorter session for the helpline once your telephony team has come back to you. So we're agreed on: - Thursday at 10:00: policy and claims connectors - helpline: new date once access is confirmed - field names for the member number from you before Thursday I'll send the invite this afternoon. Please send the access details in writing before the session and I'll confirm receipt. I'd rather not start without them. Thanks, Callie
