What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Tom proposed a demo on a slice of Kelbrook's own data. Rebecca agreed, added Kirsty Hepworth, and said she cannot agree terms alone. Tom proposed Thursday at 10:00 and no member data by email.
Ask: Tom wanted Tariq, who looks after data and MI, in the demo, with Tobias on hand for Snowflake questions. Rebecca named Tuesday or Thursday for Tariq.
Customer view: She prefers a demo on own material and sees this as deciding whether to take it further internally.
Next: Rebecca to confirm Thursday 10:00; Tom to send the invite.

- Tom Ashdown 15 Nov 2023 10:11Hi Rebecca, Thanks for the chat earlier in the week, it was good to hear how member services works at Kelbrook, especially the bit about relationship managers going into a renewal meeting without the full picture of a school's policies, claims and calls. Let's get something in the diary for the demo. What I'd like to do is run it on a small slice of your own data rather than a generic set, so you can see what a relationship manager would actually see. To do that I'll need a short conversation with whoever looks after your data and MI, so it would help if Tariq could join. Tobias, our CTO, can also be on hand to answer anything on how it sits inside your Snowflake account. Could you give me a couple of slots next week that work for you? An hour should do it, and mornings are easiest for me, but I'll fit around you. Cheers, Tom
- Rebecca Ainsworth 15 Nov 2023 13:02Hi Tom, Thanks for this. Yes, a demo on our own material is what I'd prefer. The last thing I want is a slick presentation that doesn't show what the member sees. Tariq is around Tuesday and Thursday next week, so either of those would be best for him. I'd like Kirsty Hepworth to come as well. She looks after our schools members and she's the one who feels it most when a renewal meeting starts from a blank page. Is that all right? One thing I should say now: I can't agree anything on terms on my own, so for the moment this is about seeing it properly and deciding whether it's worth taking further internally. Is that the whole picture for what you need from us at this stage? Kind regards, Rebecca
- Tom Ashdown 16 Nov 2023 17:22Hi Rebecca, No drama at all, that's exactly how I'd want to do it. Seeing it properly first, then you decide what to take internally. Nothing needed from you beyond the time. Kirsty is very welcome. Let's go for Thursday next week at 10:00 so Tariq and Kirsty can both make it. If that clashes, tell me and I'll come back with another slot. I'll send an invite once you've confirmed, and I'll ask Tariq separately what he's happy for us to look at, so nobody has to send member data over email. We'll work from what's in your own environment. Leave the rest with me. Cheers, Tom
