As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor is booking the next check-in. Deepa Chauhan agreed to an hour with credit control and a key-account manager, said the team finds B-Viz useful broadly, and listed three topics including branches yet to adopt it.
Ask: Daniel asked on 22 May 2026 for an hour with credit control and a key-account lead. Deepa Chauhan replied on 26 May 2026 agreeing and asking for afternoons, Thursdays or Fridays.
Customer view: Use is broadly positive. Her three topics are who is asking the questions, which branches have not picked it up, and making the account view what people act on.
Next: Daniel owes her slots. Her topics point to key-person concentration and adoption headroom, but the thread gives no usage figures.

- Daniel Okafor 22 May 2026 14:13Hi Deepa, Thanks again for your time on our last call. Just to close the loop on scheduling: I would like to get the next check-in into the diary so it doesn't drift. I'm thinking about an hour, with you, and ideally someone from credit control and one of the key-account leads so we see the account view the way the branches see it. If there is anyone from the regions you would like there as well, say the word and I'll build the agenda around them. How is the team finding it at the moment? I'd like to hear what is working, what is still being done by hand, and anything you would like us to look at before the next account-data review. I'll come back to you by Wednesday with a couple of slots once I know who you would like in the room. Best wishes, Daniel
- Deepa Chauhan 26 May 2026 09:58Daniel, Thanks, and sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy week across the regions. Yes to the hour. Let's get credit control in the room, and I'd like one key-account manager as well so we can walk through a real trade account from start to finish. Which account, which branch, I'll decide once I have checked with the team. The team is finding it useful, broadly. Three things I would like to cover: who is asking the questions, which branches have not picked it up yet, and how we make sure the account view is what people act on rather than rumour. Afternoons are easier for me, especially Thursdays or Fridays. I will let Malcolm know we are meeting, so there are no surprises on his side.
