Purpose
This Data Processing Agreement forms part of the Master Services Agreement between BG-Demo and Kettlewell Lettings, signed on 13 Mar 2024. It sets out how BG-Demo processes personal data when delivering B-Viz.
Roles
A. Kettlewell Lettings is the controller of the personal data in the sources it connects to B-Viz.
B. BG-Demo acts as processor and processes that data only on the customer's documented instructions.
Where data is processed
C. B-Viz is built and run inside the customer's own Snowflake account. Personal data is processed within that account and under the controls the customer holds over it.
Obligations
D. BG-Demo keeps personal data confidential and ensures that staff who access it are bound by confidentiality duties.
E. BG-Demo assists the customer with requests from individuals and with security incidents, as reasonably required.
F. On termination, BG-Demo returns or deletes the customer's personal data as the customer directs.
G. The customer remains responsible for the lawfulness of the data sources it chooses to connect.
