- Services. BG-Demo will provide B-Viz as described in the commercial schedule, running inside the Customer's Snowflake account.
- Fees and payment. The Customer will pay the fees set out in the commercial schedule. Invoices are payable within 30 days.
- Service levels. BG-Demo will meet the service levels above, and service credits apply as stated.
- Data protection. Personal data is processed under the Data Processing Agreement executed on 20 Feb 2026.
- Term and termination. This agreement runs for the term above unless it is ended earlier in line with its terms.
- Order of precedence. The commercial schedule prevails over these clauses if they conflict.
