What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026A proposal from Matteo Ricci recommending the Growth tier at £48k a year, with a stated deal amount of £60k. It is a proposal, not an order form, so no terms are agreed. Billing is annual in advance, or quarterly on request.
What it is: a proposal marked "Final, issued 7 Jan 2026", prepared by Matteo Ricci, Account Executive. It recommends Growth with pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder and quarterly reviews, plus an eight-week implementation.
Commits: nothing binding. It states "£48k a year" for the Growth subscription and a deal amount of £60k, described as "the total value of the proposed deal". Billing is annual in advance, or quarterly on request.
Unusual: the £48k figure is below the v2 Growth list of £50k and above the v1 list of £44k. The text does not say which price book applies or whether a discount is included.
Not settled: the evidence does not show how the £60k breaks down, as the implementation fee is not stated. It gives no availability or P1 response figures, only "the standard service levels for the tier". It also does not show whether an order form followed, or who at the customer received it. Treat this as an open proposal until an executed order form is found.

Body
Rodenkirchen Assekuranzmakler - Proposal
Final, issued 7 Jan 2026
Prepared by Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BG-Demo
Context
Rodenkirchen Assekuranzmakler is an insurance broker serving mid-sized manufacturers across the Rhineland. Account managers currently work across programme documents, claims files and client call notes separately. This proposal describes how B-Viz would combine those records into one layer that your team can query in plain language, running inside your own Snowflake account.
Proposed scope
We recommend the Growth tier, which is built for several teams working across shared clients. It includes:
- B-Viz pages, chat and search across your connected systems
- The dashboards builder, so account managers can build their own views of client programmes and claims
- A quarterly business review each quarter with your customer success manager
- The Growth connector allowance, so each core system can feed the same layer
Implementation on the Growth tier is a one-off fixed fee and takes eight weeks from kick-off.

Each Growth subscription includes the standard service levels for the tier. Elena Novak will be your customer success manager after go-live and will lead adoption work and the quarterly reviews.
Next steps
If this proposal works for your team, the next step is to agree the terms and move to the order form. I would be glad to take questions from your finance and operations colleagues before then.
