Purpose
BG-Demo processes personal data only on the customer's documented instructions, to provide the B-Viz service set out in the master services agreement.
Scope of processing
The data processed is the data from the customer's connected systems that B-Viz indexes for the customer's own teams. Processing takes place inside the customer's own Snowflake account.
Confidentiality
BG-Demo makes sure that everyone authorised to process personal data is bound by a duty of confidentiality.
Security
BG-Demo applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, in line with the security commitments in the master services agreement.
Sub-processors
BG-Demo engages sub-processors only under written terms no less protective than this agreement, and will tell the customer about any changes.
Assistance and deletion
BG-Demo will help the customer respond to requests from individuals about their data. At the end of the service, BG-Demo will delete or return personal data, as the customer chooses.
