What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Executed data processing agreement between Shawsheen Freight (Boston) and BG-Demo (London), effective 13 Mar 2026. It sets how BG-Demo handles personal data inside the customer's own Snowflake account. It states no price, service levels or renewal date.
What it is: an executed DPA, signed 13 Mar 2026 by Jordan Pike for BG-Demo and an unnamed authorised signatory for Shawsheen Freight. It covers B-Viz over shipper load, claims and call information, "built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account".
Commits: BG-Demo processes personal data "only on the Customer's documented instructions". It must give prior notice and a fair chance to object before appointing a sub-processor, and tell the customer "without undue delay" of a personal data breach.
Unusual: clause 8 says this agreement prevails over the order form or master agreement on data protection matters. Return or deletion happens as the customer directs, with written confirmation.
Not settled: the customer signatory's name and role are not given. The text states no notice period in days, no sub-processor list, no price, no service levels and no end or renewal date.
