Parties
This agreement is between Brightcombe Veterinary (the Customer) and BG-Demo (the Processor). It supplements the Master Services Agreement signed between the same parties.
Purpose
BG-Demo processes personal data on the Customer's behalf only to provide B-Viz and the related services set out in the Master Services Agreement.

Confidentiality
Everyone at BG-Demo who handles personal data is bound by a duty of confidentiality.
Security
BG-Demo maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. B-Viz runs inside the Customer's own Snowflake account.

BG-Demo engages sub-processors only with the Customer's agreement and remains responsible for their performance.
Assistance and deletion
BG-Demo will help the Customer respond to requests from individuals and to security incidents. When the services end, BG-Demo will return or delete personal data as the Customer directs.
