What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Executed data processing agreement between BG-Demo (Processor) and Larkspire Software (Customer), signed 24 Dec 2025. It covers processing inside the Customer's own Snowflake account. It states no price, availability or response-time figures.
What it is: a standard data processing agreement under which BG-Demo processes personal data only to "set up, run and support the B-Viz service for the Customer". It was signed for BG-Demo by Sophie Ling, Account Executive, on 24 Dec 2025.
Commits: BG-Demo must tell the Customer before engaging a new sub-processor, notify a personal data breach "without undue delay", and return or delete personal data on termination at the Customer's choice.
Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. There is no fixed breach notification window, no audit clause and no named sub-processor list.
Not settled: the Larkspire Software signatory is only "Authorised signatory", so the evidence does not show who signed. Governing law follows the master services agreement, which is not in this document. Price, tier, service levels and renewal sit in the order form, not here.
