What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Proposal dated 21 Sep 2026 for B-Viz Enterprise: an annual subscription of £125k, billed annually in advance, and a first-year total of £155k including implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form, and states no availability or P1 figures.
What it is: a sales proposal from Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, for Enterprise company-wide across agency management, underwriting and claims. It is stored as final but is an open item, not a contract.
Commits: "The annual subscription is £125k, billed annually in advance in GBP." The £155k "includes the one-off, fixed-fee implementation and should not be read as an annual price."
Unusual: service levels are described only in words ("the Enterprise commitment, our highest"), with no figures. Credits are said to cover both availability and data freshness.
Not settled: connectors and their "live within" dates, the implementation fee on its own, the signatory and any start date. The proposal says the order form "will state what applies to you", and no order form appears in the evidence.

Body
Sauganash Specialty Insurance - Proposal
Proposal for B-Viz Enterprise | Prepared for Sauganash Specialty Insurance by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BG-Demo | 21 Sep 2026
1. Context
Sauganash Specialty Insurance, based in Chicago, insures commercial trucking fleets and transport operators across the Midwest and sells through independent agents. Agency management, underwriting and claims each hold part of the story on an agency: its submissions, its calls and its complaints. Today those pieces sit in separate systems.
You are evaluating the Enterprise tier so that all three teams can see each agency together.
2. What we propose
B-Viz on the Enterprise tier. B-Viz is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data does not leave your control.
Agency management, underwriting and claims ask questions in plain English and get answers drawn from the same underlying record.
3. Scope
Read the whole document (3,019 characters)
- Enterprise tier, company-wide, with the Enterprise user and connector allowances
- SSO and SCIM
- An executive sponsor at BG-Demo
- Pages, chat, search and the dashboards builder
- Quarterly business reviews
- Security review support during implementation
- A fixed-fee implementation to connect your sources and bring teams live
Connectors and the "live within" commitments for each will be set out in the order form.
4. Service levels
- Availability: the Enterprise commitment, our highest.
- Priority-one response: the Enterprise first-response time, our fastest.
- Freshness: the nightly refresh completes before your business day starts, every business day.
- Service credits: on Enterprise, credits apply to both availability and data freshness.
An executed order form can change any of these, and the order form will state what applies to you.
5. Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Enterprise annual subscription | £125k |
| Total deal value (first year, including one-off implementation) | £155k |
The annual subscription is £125k, billed annually in advance in GBP. The total of £155k includes the one-off, fixed-fee implementation and should not be read as an annual price. From the second year, the annual subscription is the figure to plan on.
6. How we get started
- Confirm the plan. We agree the systems to connect and the teams that go live first.
- Security review. To be transparent, we would rather your security team ask us hard questions early. We will answer them directly and in writing.
- Order form. We issue the order form under our MSA, with the connector commitments and service levels written in.
- Implementation. We build inside your Snowflake account and bring agency management, underwriting and claims onto the same view.
Here's where we are: the scope and price above are ready for your review. What would make this a yes?
Thanks, Jordan
