This document answers the security questions raised while Sauganash Specialty Insurance evaluates Enterprise, so that agency management, underwriting and claims can see each agency's submissions, calls and complaints together. To be precise, where an answer depends on a document or a certificate not stated here, I have said so, and I'll put that in writing separately rather than guess.
A. Architecture and data location
