Parties
This agreement is between BG-Demo, a company based in London (the Supplier), and Menlo Quay Medical, based in Galway (the Customer). The Supplier's account owner is Matteo Ricci. The Supplier's customer success manager is Elena Novak.
Services
The Supplier provides B-Viz at the Growth tier, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, together with the implementation described in the order lines below.

The subscription starts on 29 Dec 2025 and ends on 28 Dec 2026, unless renewed or terminated in line with this agreement. Renewal terms will be discussed with the Customer ahead of the end date.
Billing and payment

Customer responsibilities
The Customer will give the Supplier timely access to the systems to be connected and name a lead who can make decisions during implementation. Connector go-live depends on that access.
Confidentiality and data
The Customer's data stays within the Customer's own Snowflake account. Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of this agreement. A separate data processing agreement will sit alongside this document.
