What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final proposal from Matteo Ricci for the Growth tier: annual subscription £50k, deal amount £62k for the first year including implementation. No discount. It is a proposal, not an order form, and no connector go-live dates are committed.
What it is: a sales proposal dated 24 Nov 2025, marked "Status: Final", for the Growth tier. It is open paper, not a signed contract.
Commits: nothing binding. It states "The annual subscription price is £50k" and "the deal amount of £62k is the total value of the first year including the one-off implementation". Implementation runs eight weeks and covers up to eight connectors.
Unusual: no discount is applied, and connector go-live dates are deliberately left out: "Any commitment to a go-live date for a given connector would be written into the order form once our engineering team has confirmed it."
Not settled: whether an order form was signed, the connector order, the start date, and the regulator's requirements. The document states no availability or P1 response figures beyond "the standard Growth service levels". Any executed order form would override these figures.

Body
Menlo Quay Medical - Proposal
Prepared for: Menlo Quay Medical, Galway Prepared by: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 24 Nov 2025 Status: Final
Context
Menlo Quay Medical makes vascular catheters and guidewires for hospitals and distributors across Europe and the Middle East. Today the key accounts team, the complaints team and the distributor team each hold their own view of a hospital or distributor. Putting those views together means reconciling systems by hand, and that is slow.
This proposal sets out how B-Viz, our AI-queryable layer over your business data, could give those three teams one shared picture of each hospital and distributor account. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control.
What we propose
We propose the Growth tier of B-Viz. Growth is designed for several teams working from the same data, which is what you described to us.

- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Elena Novak
- The Growth user and connector allowances
- The standard Growth service levels for availability and support response
Scope of the first phase
The one-off implementation runs for eight weeks and covers up to eight connectors. We would agree the order of the connectors with you first, so that the sources your key accounts, complaints and distributor teams rely on most go live early. Any commitment to a go-live date for a given connector would be written into the order form once our engineering team has confirmed it. I would rather give you a date we can keep than a date that sounds good today.
Pricing
| Item | Type | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| B-Viz Growth subscription | Annual, billed in advance | £50k |
| Growth implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Deal amount | Subscription plus implementation | £62k |
To be clear on the figures: the deal amount of £62k is the total value of the first year including the one-off implementation. The annual subscription price is £50k. From the second year the subscription is the only recurring charge.
No discount is applied in this proposal.
Why Growth fits
- One view per account. Hospital and distributor accounts appear together, rather than split across three teams.
- Complaints in context. The complaints team can see the commercial relationship alongside the complaint.
- Room for the teams. Growth covers several teams, so the distributor team and key accounts team can work from the same layer from the start.
Security and data handling
Because B-Viz runs inside your Snowflake account, we do not copy your data to a platform of our own. If your quality or compliance colleagues need to review this, let me confirm anything they ask for in writing and we will answer promptly. What does your regulator need to see? Tell us, and we will build the answer around it.
Next steps
- You review this proposal with the key accounts, complaints and distributor leads.
- We agree the connector order and the teams to include first.
- We prepare an order form under our Master Services Agreement for your review.
- We agree a start date for implementation that suits your teams.
I am happy to walk your colleagues through any section.
Best regards, Matteo
