What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final proposal dated 12 Mar 2024 recommending the Growth tier at £42k a year, with a total deal value of £54k including implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form, and states no service levels.
What it is: a sales proposal from Tom Ashdown to Eccup Software in Leeds, dated 12 Mar 2024 and marked "Final, version one". It recommends the Growth tier and an eight-week fixed-fee implementation.
Commits: nothing binding. It prices the subscription at £42k ("Annual, in advance") and the total deal value at £54k, which "includes the one-off implementation fee". The implementation fee is not stated separately.
Unusual: the annual price of £42k is below the Growth v1 list price in the brief, but the proposal gives no reason or discount. It also says the Growth user and connector allowances apply without giving numbers.
Not settled: no availability, P1 response, refresh deadline, service credit, payment terms or connector dates are stated. The next step is an order form under the master services agreement, so the executed order form decides price and terms. The evidence does not show that one was signed.

Body
Eccup Software - Proposal
Prepared for: Eccup Software, Leeds Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 12 Mar 2024 Status: Final, version one
Context
Eccup Software provides care-planning and compliance software to social-care providers. Your customer success team wants to see, in one place, what each provider is raising with you, when each provider renews and how each one uses your product. Today that means moving between the helpdesk, the CRM and usage reports and reconciling them by hand.
From our conversations, the aim is simple: let the team ask a question about a provider and get an answer they can trust, without anyone building a spreadsheet first.
What B-Viz does for Eccup
B-Viz is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets, product usage and finance data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays where it already lives.
For your customer success team that means:
Read the whole document (2,974 characters)
- Ticket history per provider, readable alongside renewal dates and usage.
- Plain-language questions through chat and search, instead of waiting for a report.
- Pages and dashboards that your team builds and owns.
- A nightly refresh, so the picture is current at the start of the working day.
Recommended scope: Growth tier
We recommend the Growth tier. It suits several teams working from the same data and includes:
- The Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance.
- Pages, chat and search.
- The dashboards builder.
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Marcus Bell.
The implementation is a fixed-fee project of eight weeks. It covers connecting your sources, indexing your records and training your team, so that people are asking real questions well before the project ends.
Pricing
| Item | Type | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| B-Viz Growth subscription | Annual, in advance | £42k |
| Implementation, Growth | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the total below |
| Total deal value | Subscription plus implementation | £54k |
The annual price of £42k is the recurring subscription only. The total of £54k is the value of the whole deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. From the second year, only the annual subscription recurs.
What we need from Eccup
- A named sponsor in customer success who will use B-Viz day to day.
- Access to the systems you want connected, with someone in IT available for the first few weeks.
- A short list of the first questions the team wants answered, so we can build around them.
Next steps
- You confirm the scope and the tier above.
- I send an order form under our master services agreement for review.
- We agree a start date and a project plan with Marcus.
If anything here does not match what you were expecting, tell me and I will change it. No drama, and happy to talk it through whenever suits.
Cheers, Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BG-Demo
