What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Internal draft renewal proposal for a Starter customer, prepared by Nell Ashcombe on 21 May 2025 and not yet sent. It proposes £20k a year on the same scope, with standard Starter service levels and no uplift.
What it is: a draft renewal proposal for the term ending 30 Jul 2025. It says "Draft.** Not yet sent to the customer." The stored status is also draft.
Commits: nothing yet, as it is unsent. It proposes "Subscription | £20k a year", "15 licensed users" and payment on "30-day terms, annual in advance, or quarterly on request". Service levels are "The standard Starter service levels, unchanged", with no figures stated.
Unusual: no uplift is proposed because the renewal "starts before the new price book applies to existing customers". No first-term discount applies.
Not settled: who signs for the customer, and whether price has been discussed. The £20k still needs checking against invoices and the order form, and the reason for the small fall in active users is unknown. The text does not show whether a renewal was later issued or executed.

Sprotbrough Recruitment - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft. Not yet sent to the customer. Open points are listed at the end.
Prepared by: Nell Ashcombe, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, BG-Demo Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor Date: 21 May 2025
1. Context
Sprotbrough Recruitment, a recruiter for warehouse, driving and engineering roles in South Yorkshire, joined BG-Demo on Monday 31 July 2023 on the Starter tier. It was one of our first customers. The current term ends on 30 Jul 2025, so this proposal covers the renewal.
What the records show:
- Contracted annual recurring revenue is £20k.
- The plan includes 15 licensed users.
- Active use is small and steady. A handful of people use B-Viz in a typical month, and that group is a little smaller than the previous quarter.
- One support ticket in the last 30 days, none high priority.
- No overdue invoices. Sprotbrough Recruitment pays on time.
That is a healthy payment record. It is not proof of value, and we should not treat it as such.
2. What we propose
Renew the Starter subscription for another annual term on the same scope.

| Item | Proposal |
|---|---|
| Tier | Starter |
| Term | Annual, in advance |
| Subscription | £20k a year |
| Users | 15 licensed users |
| Connectors | The Starter connector allowance |
| Included | Pages, chat and search, with a six-monthly check-in |
| Service levels | The standard Starter service levels, unchanged |
| Payment | 30-day terms, annual in advance, or quarterly on request |
The price stays at the level the customer signed up to. This renewal starts before the new price book applies to existing customers, so no uplift is proposed. No first-term discount applies, and none is being withdrawn.
3. Why renew
- The small group who use B-Viz rely on it to find candidate and client history in one place.
- The data stays inside the customer's own Snowflake account, so nothing changes in how it is held.
- The user allowance leaves plenty of room for more recruiters to start asking questions without any extra cost.
4. What we will do in the next term
- Run a short how-to session for the licensed users who are not yet active.
- Work with the customer to put a plain number on time saved, so the value is clear to whoever signs.
- Hold the six-monthly check-ins and report usage honestly, including when it dips.
5. Next steps
- Nell Ashcombe and Daniel Okafor agree the wording of this proposal.
- Daniel Okafor shares it with the customer's lead and walks through it.
- Once agreed, we issue the renewal order form under the existing agreement.
- The new term follows on from the end of the current one on 30 Jul 2025.
6. Open points (draft only)
- Confirm with Daniel who at Sprotbrough Recruitment signs the renewal and whether they have said anything about price.
- Check the invoices against the order form before sending, so the £20k is confirmed from accounting and not only from the CRM.
- Decide whether to offer quarterly billing up front or only on request.
- Understand the reason for the small fall in active users before we describe usage to the customer. We do not yet know it.
Best, Nell
