What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026A BG-Demo QBR deck dated 15 Dec 2024 for a Starter customer, written as its six-monthly check-in. It states the £20k a year price, a term to 30 Jul 2025, about four active users of 15 licensed, and no tickets. It is not a contract.
What it is: a customer success review prepared by Daniel Okafor, with Nell Ashcombe named as account owner. It says "This review is that check-in" and reports payments up to date with no overdue invoices.
Commits: it binds no one. It restates the Starter price of £20k a year and the term end of 30 Jul 2025, and lists Daniel's planned actions, such as opening the renewal conversation "well ahead of the notice point".
Unusual: usage is thin. "Roughly a quarter of the licensed users are active in a typical month", and there is no figure for time saved, so the value case is open.
Not settled: the deck gives no notice period or renewal mechanics, and does not show whether the renewal happened. It is nearly two years old at the as-of date, and the stored status is final. Nell's employment status is not shown, so she should not be assumed to be the current owner.

Prepared by: Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Account owner: Nell Ashcombe Review date: 15 Dec 2024 Plan: Starter, annual subscription

- The Starter subscription is contracted at £20k a year and runs to 30 Jul 2025.
- The plan covers one team, 15 licensed users, pages, chat and search, and a six-monthly check-in. This review is that check-in.
- Payments are up to date and there are no overdue invoices.

- Roughly a quarter of the licensed users are active in a typical month. That is steady rather than growing fast.
- Headroom is large. The team could add many more people without touching the user limit.
- The small group who use B-Viz use it regularly, which suggests it has found a place in their working week. I would like to understand better who they are and what they ask.
3. Value
- The recruiters use B-Viz to pull together candidate activity, client calls and emails in one place instead of searching each system by hand.
- We do not yet have a figure for time saved. Without one, it is hard for the wider business to say what B-Viz is worth, so building that case is part of the plan below.
- Nothing in the evidence shows dashboards being built by the customer. That is not part of Starter, so it is not a gap, but it tells us the team is using the product in a simple way.
4. Support and issues
- No tickets were raised in the last 30 days and none were high priority.
- Quiet support can mean things are working well. With a small active group it can also mean the wider team has not tried the product. Both are worth a conversation.
- Nightly refresh is part of every tier and there are no reported freshness concerns.
5. Plan for the next six months
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Short session with the active users to hear what they ask and what is missing | Daniel Okafor | Early in the new year |
| Invite the quieter licensed users to a how-to walkthrough | Daniel Okafor | Within the quarter |
| Agree a simple way to describe the time saved, in the customer's own words | Daniel Okafor with the customer lead | Before the next check-in |
| Open the renewal conversation well ahead of the notice point | Daniel Okafor, with Nell Ashcombe as account owner | In good time before the term ends on 30 Jul 2025 |
6. Questions for the Sprotbrough Recruitment team
- Who else in the business would benefit from asking questions of their own data?
- Is there a regular meeting where B-Viz answers could replace manual reporting?
- How is the team finding it day to day?
Just to close the loop: I will come back to you with the session dates once I have heard from your team.
Best wishes, Daniel
