What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026A final QBR deck prepared on 10 Dec 2023 by Daniel Okafor for a Starter customer. It states an annual subscription of £20k, 15 licensed users and a term ending 30 Jul 2024. It sets breadth of use and a renewal review as next steps.
What it is: a QBR deck from BG-Demo's Customer Success Manager, Daniel Okafor, filed in the customer's QBR folder. It says "The account is healthy and growing from a modest base."
Commits: it is not a contract, but it restates the Starter tier, "Annual subscription | £20k", 15 licensed users and a contract end of 30 Jul 2024. It also lists actions with owners and timings, including confirming a second admin and reviewing the renewal ahead of the notice period.
Unusual: usage is described as resting on "just one or two enthusiasts" in effect, and the deck says "We do not yet have a measured figure for time saved". That is a value-case gap. Quiet support is flagged as possibly people having stopped trying.
Not settled: the deck gives no service levels, no signatory and no price basis beyond the table. It is dated 2023, so its figures and term are stale against the as-of date and an executed order form should be checked for current terms.

Sprotbrough Recruitment - QBR
Final · Prepared 10 Dec 2023 by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo
Slide 1: Where we are
Thank you to the Sprotbrough team for your time this quarter. Sprotbrough Recruitment has been a B-Viz customer on the Starter tier since 31 Jul 2023, with the current term running to 30 Jul 2024. This review covers how the team is using B-Viz, what is going well and what we plan next.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Starter |
| Annual subscription | £20k |
| Licensed users | 15 |
| Contract end | 30 Jul 2024 |
Slide 2: Usage
- Active users have nearly doubled compared with the previous quarter. It is still a small group of regular users, which is natural for a team that is still finding its feet.
- That leaves plenty of headroom within the 15 licensed users.
- We would like to see more of the team asking questions, not just one or two enthusiasts, so that the value does not rest on a few people.
Slide 3: Value
Read the whole document (2,613 characters)
- The recruiting team is using chat and search to find candidate and client history without switching between systems.
- Time spent reconciling information by hand is the thing we most want to reduce, and we will keep asking the team how it is finding it.
- We do not yet have a measured figure for time saved, and we would rather agree one with you than guess.
Slide 4: Support and service
- No support tickets were raised in the last month, and none were high priority.
- Nightly refreshes have been completing as expected.
- There are no overdue invoices on the account.
Quiet support can mean things are working well. We will keep checking that it is not simply because people have stopped trying.
Slide 5: What we would like to do next
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Invite more of the recruiting team to a short working session on chat and search | Daniel Okafor, with the Sprotbrough admin | Early in the new year |
| Agree two or three questions the team will ask each week and track them | Daniel Okafor and the Sprotbrough team | Next quarter |
| Confirm a second admin on the Sprotbrough side | Sprotbrough admin | Before the next check-in |
| Review the renewal conversation ahead of the notice period | Daniel Okafor and Nell Ashcombe | Well before the end of the term |
Slide 6: Summary
The account is healthy and growing from a modest base. The priority for the next quarter is breadth: more people, more regular questions and a clear view of the value to the business.
Just to close the loop, I will come back to you with a proposed date for the next session.
Best wishes, Daniel
