What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026BG-Demo's version 1 onboarding plan, issued 2 Aug 2023, for a Starter customer. It records an annual subscription of £20k, 15 licensed users and a term from 31 Jul 2023 to 30 Jul 2024. It states no availability, P1 response or refresh commitments.
What it is: an internal-style delivery plan written by Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, for the customer. It runs four phases from access through to training and handover to Customer Success: "Access and preparation", "Connect and map", "First refresh" and "Training and handover".
Commits: it states Starter for one team, "Annual subscription | £20k", 15 licensed users, and a contract running 31 Jul 2023 to 30 Jul 2024. B-Viz runs inside the customer's own Snowflake account. Daniel Okafor takes over as day-to-day contact after Phase 4.
Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. The plan is not an order form, so the price is the figure it records, not a contracted term in its own right.
Not settled: it gives no connector count or delivery dates, no service levels and no billing terms. It describes a position at issue only (no active users, tickets or open invoices), so it says nothing about the current state of the account or the renewal. The executed order form is the authority on terms.

Body
Sprotbrough Recruitment - Onboarding Plan
Version 1 · Final · Issued 2 Aug 2023 Prepared by: Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo Account owner: Nell Ashcombe · Customer Success Manager: Daniel Okafor
1. Purpose
This plan sets out how we will get Sprotbrough Recruitment from a signed order form to a first refresh that lands cleanly and a team that can run B-Viz without us in the room. Sprotbrough recruits for warehouse, driving and engineering roles across South Yorkshire from its Doncaster office, and joined BG-Demo on the Starter tier on 31 Jul 2023.
2. What has been agreed
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Starter, for one team |
| Annual subscription | £20k |
| Licensed users | 15 |
| Contract start | 31 Jul 2023 |
| Contract end | 30 Jul 2024 |
| Where B-Viz runs | Inside Sprotbrough's own Snowflake account |
The connector count stays within the Starter connector allowance. If the team later wants more sources than that, we will talk about it then rather than stretch the plan now.
3. Phases
Phase 1: Access and preparation
Read the whole document (3,749 characters)
Before we switch on the refresh, nothing starts without written access. What I need from your side is:
- written confirmation of the Snowflake account we will build in, and who administers it
- credentials for each source system the team wants connected, sent before the kickoff call, not after
- the name of one person who will act as the day-to-day admin
- a short list of the questions the recruiters most want to ask first
Owner: Sprotbrough admin, with Callie Brennan Milestone: all access confirmed in writing
Phase 2: Connect and map
- connect the agreed sources one at a time
- map fields from each source and check each mapping against real records before moving on
- note anything that does not map cleanly, with the reason and a decision on how to treat it
Owner: Callie Brennan Milestone: every agreed source loading, with a mapping note for each
Phase 3: First refresh
- run the first full load and check record counts against the sources
- confirm the nightly refresh completes before the working day starts
- walk the admin through what a healthy refresh looks like and what a failed one looks like
Owner: Callie Brennan Milestone: first refresh lands and is signed off by the admin
Phase 4: Training and handover
- a working session for the recruiting team on pages, chat and search, using their own data
- a session for the admin on connectors, users and how to raise a ticket
- a written setup note covering every connector, mapping decision and credential owner
Owner: Callie Brennan, then Daniel Okafor Milestone: admin able to run the setup alone; handover to Customer Success
4. Current position
The order form is signed and the contract has started. No users are active yet and there are no tickets or open invoices, which is what we expect at this stage. Usage will be reviewed once the first refresh has landed and the team has had time to settle in.
5. Risks and how we handle them
| Risk | What we do |
|---|---|
| Credentials arrive late | Hold the connector start until written access is in hand, and tell Daniel so the customer hears one consistent message |
| Only one admin on the customer side | Ask for a named second person during Phase 4 |
| A source system changes during setup | Re-check the mapping before the first refresh, not after |
| Recruiters do not know what to ask first | Agree a starter list of questions in Phase 1 |
6. Handover to Customer Success
Once Phase 4 is complete, Daniel Okafor takes over as the day-to-day contact. He will run the check-ins and look after adoption through the term to 30 Jul 2024.
Thanks, Callie
