What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Internal draft proposal for a Starter tier B-Viz deployment, not yet sent to the customer. It prices the subscription at £20k a year and the first-year deal total at £26k, and states no availability or P1 response figures.
What it is: a draft prepared by Nell Ashcombe on 12 Jun 2023, marked "Draft for internal review. Not yet sent to the customer." It proposes the Starter tier for one team, with pages, chat and search.
Commits: nothing binds either party. The pricing table gives "Starter subscription, annual, billed in advance" at £20k and a "Deal total (first year including implementation)" of £26k. The text says the total "should not be read as an annual price".
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. Service levels are only "the standard Starter service levels", with no figures stated. Quarterly billing is offered on request.
Not settled: the section on open points leaves the first connectors, the main admin, the quarterly billing wording and the service level wording undecided. The evidence does not show whether it was sent, accepted or replaced by an executed order form, so it cannot set contracted price or terms.

Body
Sprotbrough Recruitment - Proposal v1
Draft for internal review. Not yet sent to the customer.
Prepared by Nell Ashcombe, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, BG-Demo Date: 12 Jun 2023 Account owner: Nell Ashcombe Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor
1. Context
Sprotbrough Recruitment, based in Doncaster, places people into warehouse, driving and engineering roles across South Yorkshire. Like most recruiters, the team works across several systems: the CRM, the inbox, call notes and the finance records. Answering a simple question such as "which clients have gone quiet since spring?" means someone opens three tools and reconciles them by hand.
This proposal sets out how B-Viz, BG-Demo's AI-queryable layer, could give one team a single place to ask those questions. It runs inside Sprotbrough Recruitment's own Snowflake account, so the data stays with the business.
2. What we propose
The Starter tier, built for one team getting started.

| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Starter |
| Scope | One team |
| Users | The Starter user allowance (a soft limit) |
| Connectors | The Starter connector allowance (a hard limit) |
| Features | Pages, chat and search |
| Customer success | A six-monthly check-in with Daniel Okafor |
| Service levels | The standard Starter service levels |
3. Implementation
A fixed-fee, one-off implementation connects the agreed sources, builds the first pages and gets the team asking questions of their own data. It runs for the standard Starter implementation period of four weeks. Any connector named in the order form will carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.
4. Pricing
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Starter subscription, annual, billed in advance | £20k |
| One-off implementation, fixed fee | Included in the deal total below |
| Deal total (first year including implementation) | £26k |
The £20k is the annual price of the subscription. The deal total of £26k is the total value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as an annual price. From the second year the subscription is the annual price only, subject to the price book in force at renewal.
Invoices follow BG-Demo's standard payment terms. Quarterly billing is available on request.
5. Proposed next steps
- Nell walks the Sprotbrough Recruitment team through the proposal.
- The team confirms which sources they want connected first.
- BG-Demo issues an order form under the MSA.
- Implementation starts once the order form is signed, with Daniel Okafor as the day-to-day contact.
6. Open points before this goes out
- Confirm with the customer which sources count as the first connectors, so the order form can name them.
- Agree who at Sprotbrough Recruitment will be the main admin.
- Decide whether to offer quarterly billing in the covering note or only if asked.
- Check wording on the service levels so the proposal does not over-promise.
Say what happened, say how you know: the aim is that every answer in B-Viz can be traced back to a record the team already trusts.
Best, Nell
