What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final QBR deck prepared by Daniel Okafor on 2 Jul 2026 for an Enterprise customer with 150 licensed users and a term to 9 Feb 2027. Usage is roughly a third of seats, up a little. It states £110k as the annual recurring value and no measured saving.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR from BG-Demo's Customer Success Manager, stored as final. It reviews usage, value, support and opportunities, and is not a contract.
States: "The account is on the Enterprise tier, with an annual recurring value of £110k." The term runs to 9 Feb 2027 and the licence covers 150 users. Enterprise service levels are described only generally, with no figures.
Unusual: usage is described as "Roughly a third of the licensed seats", with no exact count. The deck admits it "does not include a measured saving" and has not checked who asks the most questions.
Not settled: the order form is not in this document, so the £110k figure is the deck's claim and needs checking against executed paper and invoices. The sponsor and administrators are unconfirmed. The renewal conversation is only listed as a next step, "Well before 9 Feb 2027".

Duddingston Payroll: Quarterly Business Review
Prepared by: Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Review date: 2 Jul 2026 Status: Final
1. Where we are
- Duddingston Payroll has been a BG-Demo customer since 10 Feb 2025.
- The account is on the Enterprise tier, with an annual recurring value of £110k.
- The current term runs to 9 Feb 2027.
- The licence covers 150 users.
- B-Viz runs inside your Snowflake account and gives client managers one view of each employer's payroll queries, deadlines, calls and fees.
2. Usage this quarter
| Measure | Reading |
|---|---|
| Active users (30-day average) | Roughly a third of the licensed seats |
| Change on the previous quarter | Up a little, in the mid single digits |
| Licensed users | 150 |
What this tells us:
Read the whole document (3,776 characters)
- Adoption is growing steadily, quarter on quarter, which is the direction we want.
- Most of the licence is still unused. That is headroom rather than a concern: the Enterprise licence was sized for the whole client-management function, and the remaining seats are a chance to bring more teams in.
- We have not yet looked at which client managers ask the most questions. Before the next review we want to check that use is spread across the team and does not rest on a few people.
3. Value delivered
The evidence we hold for this review is usage and support activity. It does not include a measured saving, and we would rather agree one with you than estimate it.
What we can say:
- Client managers are using B-Viz day to day, and use has risen again this quarter.
- The original purpose, seeing queries, deadlines, calls and fees for each employer in one place, is the use we want to measure.
What we would like from you:
- Two or three examples where B-Viz saved a client manager time or helped them prepare for an employer conversation.
- Your view of which part of the payroll cycle is hardest to follow today.
4. Support and service
- One support ticket was raised in the last month.
- No high-priority tickets were raised.
- No invoices are overdue.
- Enterprise service levels apply: availability, P1 first response and the nightly refresh by 07:00 on business days. Service credits cover both availability and data freshness.
We saw no service issue this quarter that needs a credit discussion.
5. Opportunities
| Idea | Why it might help | Offering |
|---|---|---|
| Bring more client-management teams onto B-Viz | Uses licensed seats that are not yet active | Existing Enterprise licence |
| On-site training day | Helps newer users ask better questions | Add-on |
| Premium support and the Sandbox | Useful if payroll deadlines make fast response or safe testing important | Enterprise add-ons |
These are options to discuss, not proposals. We will only take forward the ones you find useful.
6. Risks to watch
- Low use across most seats could make the value harder to explain at renewal.
- If a key sponsor or an administrator moves on, adoption can slip quickly. We would like to confirm who your sponsor and administrators are.
- If a source system changes, a connector can stop loading and the data go stale without anyone raising a ticket. We will keep checking this.
7. Next steps
