2. Subscription
B-Viz is built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account. The Customer is an outsourced payroll and HR-administration bureau, and uses B-Viz so that its client managers see each employer's payroll queries, deadlines, calls and fees together.

5. Billing and payment

The nightly refresh is completed by 07:00 customer local time on business days. Because the credit basis covers both availability and data freshness, a month in which B-Viz answers on stale data is a breach for service credit purposes, as well as a month in which it is unavailable.
7. General
- This Order Form forms part of the Master Services Agreement and is subject to its terms.
- The subscription renews only by a further written order. BG-Demo's customer success manager will open the renewal conversation ahead of the end date.
- Any change to the licensed users, the connectors or the service levels needs a written amendment signed by both parties.
