What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya Raman's final renewal proposal of 9 Dec 2025 recommends moving from Growth to Enterprise at an annual price of £110k, billed annually in advance. It is not a contract and quotes no availability or P1 response figures.
What it is: a renewal proposal from BG-Demo's Account Executive. It says the current term ends on 9 Feb 2026 and recommends a step up in tier rather than a like-for-like renewal.
Commits: nothing binding. It states "This proposal is not itself a contract. Price and terms become binding only in an executed order form under the existing MSA." The price is £110k a year, billed annually in advance on standard terms.
Unusual: the Growth position is shown as contracted annual recurring revenue of £40k and 40 licensed users. The Enterprise price is the v1 list figure, although the document is dated after the v2 list took effect for new business on 1 Dec 2025.
Not settled: the text gives no figures for availability, P1 response or service credits, only that Enterprise levels are stronger. It does not show whether an order form was issued or signed, and the term end date is now past.

Body
Duddingston Payroll - Renewal Proposal
Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 9 Dec 2025 Status: Final
Context
Duddingston Payroll has been a B-Viz customer since 10 Feb 2025. The business is an outsourced payroll and HR-administration bureau serving hundreds of Scottish employers from Edinburgh. B-Viz was bought on the Growth tier so that client managers can see each employer's payroll queries, deadlines, calls and fees together, in one place, inside your own Snowflake account.
Your current term ends on 9 Feb 2026. This proposal sets out how we suggest the relationship continues from there, and why we are recommending a step up in tier rather than a like-for-like renewal.

Usage has been moving in the right direction. The number of people using B-Viz each day has grown against the previous quarter, and client managers are returning to it rather than going back to separate systems. That is the pattern we hoped for when we scoped the original deal.
What we propose
We propose renewing on the Enterprise tier, with an annual price of £110k, for the renewal term following 9 Feb 2026.
Why Enterprise
- Company-wide reach. As more client managers and payroll teams come onto B-Viz, Enterprise gives a much larger user and connector allowance than Growth, so the bureau is not rationing access.
- Single sign-on and user provisioning. SSO and SCIM mean joiners and leavers across a payroll team are handled through your identity system, which matters for a business holding sensitive employee data.
- Executive sponsor. A named senior sponsor at BG-Demo alongside Daniel Okafor, your Customer Success Manager.
- Stronger service levels. The Enterprise availability level, a faster P1 first response, and service credits that cover data freshness as well as availability.
- Premium support and the Sandbox. Available with Enterprise under the current price book, for testing changes to your sources safely before they go live.
What stays the same
- B-Viz continues to run inside your own Snowflake account.
- The nightly refresh arrives before the start of the business day on business days, as it does today.
- Daniel remains your day-to-day contact and continues to run the review meetings.
