What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Internal draft dated 4 Dec 2025, not shared with the customer, proposing an upgrade from Growth to Enterprise at renewal for £110k per year, billed annually in advance. Scope, value case and signatory are still open.
What it is: a draft renewal proposal by Priya Raman, marked "Draft, 4 Dec 2025. Not yet shared with the customer." It proposes moving the account from Growth to Enterprise when the term ends on 9 Feb 2026.
Commits: nothing yet, as it is unissued. It sets out "Annual price: £110k" and "Billing: annually in advance on 30-day terms", with "No discount is included in this draft." The current position is shown as £40k contracted annual recurring revenue and 40 licensed users.
Unusual: the Enterprise price equals the v1 list, a large step from the current figure. The text says it "needs a clear value case". It also states no availability percentage or P1 response time, only that Enterprise has higher commitments and freshness credits.
Not settled: whether implementation work is needed for SSO and SCIM, whether Premium support or the Sandbox are offered, and who signs. It is dated 4 Dec 2025, well before the as-of date, and the evidence does not show whether it was ever issued or superseded.

Body
Duddingston Payroll - Renewal Proposal v1
Draft, 4 Dec 2025. Not yet shared with the customer. Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success contact: Daniel Okafor
1. Context
Duddingston Payroll joined BG-Demo on 10 Feb 2025 on the Growth tier, so that client managers could see each employer's payroll queries, deadlines, calls and fees together. The current term ends on 9 Feb 2026.
Since go-live, usage has kept climbing. Active users are up on the prior quarter, invoices are all paid on time, and support has been quiet: two tickets in the last 30 days, one of them high priority. The bureau is clearly getting value, and this proposal looks at what the next term should be.
2. Where you are today
| Item | Current position |

3. What we propose
Move the account to the Enterprise tier at renewal, to keep momentum and give the whole bureau a firmer footing.
Enterprise adds:
Read the whole document (2,974 characters)
- A much larger user and connector allowance than Growth, so every client manager and more of your systems can be connected.
- SSO and SCIM, so access follows your own identity set-up and joiners and leavers are handled automatically.
- An executive sponsor at BG-Demo.
- The higher availability commitment and faster first response on priority tickets that come with Enterprise.
- Service credits that cover data freshness as well as availability.
For a bureau that handles payroll for a large number of employers, the freshness commitment matters most: the nightly refresh is what client managers rely on before a payroll deadline.
4. Pricing
| Line | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription | Annual, in advance | £110k |
- Deal type: renewal with an upgrade from Growth to Enterprise.
- Annual price: £110k.
- Billing: annually in advance on 30-day terms. Quarterly billing is available on request.
- No discount is included in this draft.
5. Open points
- Whether any one-off implementation work is needed for the upgrade, such as SSO and SCIM set-up. To be scoped with Daniel Okafor before anything goes to the customer.
- Whether Premium support or the Sandbox should be offered as options.
- The size of the step from the current price needs a clear value case. Daniel Okafor is gathering examples from your client managers.
- Who at Duddingston Payroll signs. We still need to confirm the economic buyer.
6. Next steps
- Agree the scope and the value case internally this week.
- Share a final proposal with Duddingston Payroll well ahead of the renewal notice period.
- Hold a call with the economic buyer to walk through the Enterprise tier.
- Issue the order form under the existing MSA once the terms are agreed.
Happy to make this easy: if we can get the terms agreed in good time before 9 Feb 2026, the switch will be seamless for your team.
Best, Priya
