What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final version one onboarding plan prepared by Callie Brennan on 12 Feb 2025 for a Growth tier customer. It runs four phases over eight weeks, lists a contract end of 9 Feb 2026 and states £40k as contracted annual recurring revenue. It is a plan, not an order form.
What it is: an implementation plan written by Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, covering access, connection and mapping, first refresh and validation, then rollout and handover to Daniel Okafor. It states "Contracted annual recurring revenue | £40k" and "Contract end | 9 Feb 2026".
Commits: the first nightly refresh "completes by 07:00 on business days", and connectors stay "within the Growth connector allowance". Daniel "will give notice ahead of the contract end on 9 Feb 2026 and lead the renewal conversation".
Unusual: nothing off the standard terms. The £40k figure sits in this plan only and is not the executed order form.
Not settled: the plan does not give availability, P1 response time, billing terms or a connector delivery date. It does not show whether the contract was renewed after 9 Feb 2026, and it is stale for current status.

Duddingston Payroll - Onboarding Plan
Status: Final, version one Prepared by: Callie Brennan, Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo Date: 12 Feb 2025 Customer: Duddingston Payroll, Edinburgh Account owner: Priya Raman | CSM: Daniel Okafor
Overview
Duddingston Payroll is an outsourced payroll and HR-administration bureau serving a large number of Scottish employers. It joined BG-Demo on 10 Feb 2025 on the Growth tier, so that client managers can see each employer's payroll queries, deadlines, calls and fees together.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £40k |
| Customer since | 10 Feb 2025 |
| Contract end | 9 Feb 2026 |
Where we are today
The contract is signed and onboarding has started. Usage is, as expected in the first days, very light: only a handful of people have logged in so far. That is normal before the first refresh has landed, and the goal of this plan is to change it.
Phases
Phase one: access and kickoff
Before we switch on the refresh, I need written access to each source. What I need from your side is:
Read the whole document (3,591 characters)
- a named administrator for B-Viz, ideally with a deputy;
- connector credentials for the CRM, the helpdesk and the call recorder, sent before the kickoff call;
- confirmation of which client-manager teams go first.
Owner: Callie Brennan with the Duddingston administrator. Timing: week one.
Phase two: connect and map
I connect the approved sources, within the Growth connector allowance, and map fields such as employer, payroll deadline, query type and fee. I check each mapping against real records before moving on, and I do not call anything finished until it has been checked.
Owner: Callie Brennan. Timing: weeks two to four.
Phase three: first refresh and validation
The first nightly refresh runs and completes by 07:00 on business days. Your administrator and I compare a sample of employers in B-Viz with the source systems, and we fix any gaps together.
Owner: Callie Brennan and the Duddingston administrator. Timing: weeks four to six.
Phase four: rollout and handover
Client managers are invited in groups, with a short training session for each. I leave a setup note covering connectors, mappings, roles and the refresh schedule, so your administrator can run things alone. Daniel Okafor then takes over adoption and the regular reviews that come with Growth.
Owner: Callie Brennan, then Daniel Okafor. Timing: weeks six to eight.
Milestones
| Milestone | Owner | Done when |
|---|---|---|
| Written access received | Duddingston administrator | Credentials confirmed for every approved source |
| Sources connected | Callie Brennan | Every connector loading records |
| First refresh landed | Callie Brennan | Refresh complete and sample checked |
| Client managers active | Daniel Okafor | Each invited team has logged in and asked questions |
| Handover | Callie Brennan | Setup note delivered and administrator confirms they can run it |
Risks to watch
- Credentials arriving after the kickoff would push every later step back.
- With only one administrator, a departure would leave nobody able to run things, so a deputy is named early.
- If record counts stay flat after the first refresh, a source has probably stopped loading and I will look at it straight away.
Commercial note
Priya Raman owns the commercial terms. Daniel Okafor will give notice ahead of the contract end on 9 Feb 2026 and lead the renewal conversation.
Thanks, Callie
