Parties
This agreement is made between:
- BG-Demo, a London data business, the supplier of B-Viz ("BG-Demo"); and
- Duddingston Payroll, an outsourced payroll and HR-administration bureau based in Edinburgh ("the Customer").
BG-Demo's account owner for this agreement is Priya Raman, Account Executive. The Customer's customer success manager at BG-Demo is Daniel Okafor.
Background
The Customer wishes to give its client managers a single view of each employer's payroll queries, deadlines, calls and fees. BG-Demo will provide B-Viz, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, on the Growth tier, together with a fixed-fee implementation.
Services and tier
BG-Demo will provide the B-Viz Growth subscription and the Growth implementation described in the order lines below. The Growth tier covers several teams, with the Growth user and connector allowances, pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.

Term

Customer data
B-Viz is built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, and the Customer remains in control of its data. The parties' obligations for personal data are set out in the separate Data Processing Agreement signed on the same date.
General
- This agreement and its order lines are the whole agreement on their subject matter and replace any earlier draft or proposal.
- A change is only effective if it is in writing and signed by both parties.
- The law of England and Wales governs this agreement.
