The Customer is an outsourced payroll and HR-administration bureau. It wishes to use B-Viz, built and run inside its own Snowflake account, so that its client managers can see each employer's payroll queries, deadlines, calls and fees together. Service credits
If availability falls below the commitment in a month, the Customer is entitled to a service credit of 10% of one month's subscription fee. Credits apply to availability only. A credit is a one-off adjustment and does not change the annual recurring amount.
Customer responsibilities
- Give the Supplier timely access to the systems to be connected.
- Name an administrator who can approve connector access.
- Tell the Supplier before changing a connected system, so that the connector can be checked.
Data
B-Viz runs inside the Customer's Snowflake account. The Customer remains in control of its data, and the Supplier processes it only to provide the services described here. A separate data processing agreement will be attached before signature.
