What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026A final, version one proposal from Priya Raman for B-Viz Growth: a subscription of £40k, annual in advance, and a deal amount of £52k including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a sales proposal dated 2 Dec 2024, filed as final, recommending the Growth tier for a payroll bureau. It names Daniel Okafor as customer success manager for quarterly reviews.
Commits: it states no service levels. Billing is "Annual, in advance" with "30-day terms", in pounds sterling. Connector go-live speed is only promised in the order form, with no dates here.
Unusual: the deal amount of £52k is "the total value of the agreement and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as a yearly price". Only £40k recurs each year. The closing paragraph presses to "get this over the line soon".
Not settled: the document does not show whether the customer accepted, who signed, or the final terms. Contracted price and terms sit in an executed order form, which is not in this record. It also does not state user or connector numbers, availability or P1 response.

Body
Duddingston Payroll - Proposal
B-Viz Growth for Duddingston Payroll
Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 2 Dec 2024 Status: Final, version one
Context
Duddingston Payroll is an outsourced payroll and HR-administration bureau in Edinburgh, serving Scottish employers. Your client managers currently move between several systems to answer a single employer's question: payroll queries in one place, deadlines in another, call history and fees somewhere else. Pulling that together by hand takes time that would be better spent with clients.
This proposal sets out how B-Viz can give each client manager one view of every employer they look after, and what it would cost.
What B-Viz does for a payroll bureau
B-Viz is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets, finance and other data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control.
For Duddingston Payroll the aim is simple: a client manager asks a question about an employer and gets the answer, with the source, in one place.
Read the whole document (3,370 characters)
- Payroll queries: see open and past queries for an employer alongside the emails and calls that relate to them.
- Deadlines: keep the dates that matter for each employer in view, rather than in separate trackers.
- Calls: search what was said on client calls without replaying them.
- Fees: see what each employer pays next to the work being done for them.
Scope: the Growth tier
We recommend the Growth tier, which is designed for several teams working from the same data. It includes:
- pages, chat and search across your connected systems
- the dashboards builder, so your team can build its own views
- quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Daniel Okafor
- the Growth user and connector allowances
A fixed-fee implementation connects your systems and sets up the first views for your client managers. The connectors we agree in the order form carry a commitment on how quickly they go live.
Pricing
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| B-Viz Growth subscription | Annual, in advance | £40k |
| Growth implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Deal amount | Subscription plus one-off implementation | £52k |
The annual price of £40k is what recurs each year. The deal amount of £52k is the total value of the agreement and includes the one-off implementation fee, so it should not be read as a yearly price.
Invoices are issued on 30-day terms, and all amounts are in pounds sterling.
How we would work together
- Agree the list of systems to connect and who at Duddingston Payroll owns each one.
- Sign the order form under the BG-Demo Master Services Agreement.
- Run the implementation, with your client managers reviewing the first views as they appear.
- Move into regular use, with quarterly reviews to check what your team is asking and what is worth building next.
Next steps
If we can get this over the line soon, we keep momentum and your team gets to see its own data in B-Viz sooner. I am happy to make this easy: send me any questions on scope or pricing and I will turn them round quickly. Once you are comfortable, I will prepare the Master Services Agreement and order form for review.
Best, Priya
