What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Draft proposal from Priya Raman, dated 27 Nov 2024, for B-Viz on the Growth tier. Annual subscription £40k, billed in advance; total deal value £52k includes the one-off implementation fee. Not an order form, and no availability or P1 figures are stated.
What it is: a draft sales proposal from BG-Demo's Account Executive, headed "Draft for discussion." It proposes B-Viz on the Growth tier, built inside the customer's own Snowflake account.
Commits: nothing binding. It states "The annual subscription is £40k" and "Payment terms are 30 days, and quarterly billing is available on request." It also describes "A nightly refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days".
Unusual: the total of £52k is not the annual price. It "includes the one-off implementation fee and should not be read as the annual price." The stated subscription is below the v1 Growth list price in the company brief, and the document gives no reason or discount.
Not settled: the connector list, user numbers at go-live, any data residency add-on and billing frequency are all listed as open points. No signature, order form date or renewal date appears. Any executed order form would override this draft on price and terms.

Body
Duddingston Payroll - Proposal v1
Draft for discussion. Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BG-Demo. Date: 27 Nov 2024.
1. Context
Duddingston Payroll is an Edinburgh outsourced payroll and HR-administration bureau serving a large number of Scottish employers. Your client managers currently move between several systems to see an employer's payroll queries, deadlines, calls and fees. That work is manual and it is easy to miss something. You told us you want one place where a client manager can see everything about an employer and ask questions in plain English.
2. What we propose
B-Viz on the Growth tier: one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays in your environment.
Included in Growth
- Pages, chat and search across your connected systems
- The dashboards builder
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Daniel Okafor
- The Growth user and connector allowances
- A nightly refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days
- The standard Growth service levels, with service credits for availability
Implementation
Read the whole document (2,991 characters)
A fixed-fee implementation covers connecting your systems, agreeing which employer information appears on each page and training your client managers. The timeline is the standard Growth implementation timeline, and each connector named in the order form will carry a go-live commitment.
3. Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual, billed in advance | £40k |
| Total deal value, including the one-off implementation fee | £52k |
The total deal value of £52k includes the one-off implementation fee and should not be read as the annual price. The annual subscription is £40k. Payment terms are 30 days, and quarterly billing is available on request.
4. How we would work together
- Agree scope: confirm the systems to connect and the teams who will use B-Viz first.
- Security review: Hannah Lowe has completed the security questionnaire for the Growth tier, and we will answer any follow-up questions in writing.
- Order form: issued under our MSA once scope and price are agreed.
- Implementation and go-live: connectors built and tested on your own data, then client manager training.
- Adoption: quarterly reviews to track questions asked, active users and the value your team is getting.
5. Open points
- Final list of connectors to include in the order form.
- Number of users at go-live against the Growth allowance.
- Whether any dedicated data residency is needed, which would be a paid add-on.
- Your preferred billing frequency.
6. Next steps
To keep momentum, I suggest a short call this week with your sponsor and whoever will own the rollout, so we can close the open points and move to an order form. Happy to make this easy: tell me who else should be in the room and I will arrange it.
Best, Priya
