What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026A customer-facing QBR deck presented by Elena Novak on 8 Jul 2026 for a Growth account with 40 licensed users and a term ending 12 Feb 2027. It reports rising usage, one ticket, no service credits and no overdue invoices. It states no availability or P1 figures.
What it is: a QBR deck presented by Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU. It states "Tier | Growth" and an account owner of Matteo Ricci, and is stored as final.
Commits: it restates the contract as "Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £50k", "Licensed users | 40" and "Current term ends | 12 Feb 2027", with data in the EU region. It also lists actions: a written summary, a support refresher session, first shared dashboards and an early renewal view.
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. The £50k is the deck's own contracted figure, not checked here against an order form or invoices.
Not settled: which teams drive the usage growth, and the value in numbers. The deck gives no user counts, no refresher date and no renewal price, and the evidence does not show whether the actions were completed.

Feldmoching Software - QBR
Quarterly business review, 8 Jul 2026 Presented by: Elena Novak, Customer Success Manager, EU, BG-Demo Account owner: Matteo Ricci
Slide 1: Agenda
To confirm, today we cover:
- Where we are against the contract
- Usage and adoption
- Support and service
- Value so far
- Plan for the next quarter
Slide 2: Your contract at a glance
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £50k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Customer since | 13 Feb 2026 |
| Current term ends | 12 Feb 2027 |
| Data location | EU region |
No invoices are overdue.
Slide 3: Usage and adoption
- Average daily active users over the last 30 days have almost doubled compared with the prior quarter.
- That is a healthy direction, but active users are still a fraction of the 40 licensed users. There is clear room for more of the customer success and support teams to join.
- The strongest sign of value is questions asked, and we want to see them spread across more people rather than rest with a few.

What the evidence does not yet show: which individual teams account for the growth. We will break this down in the next review.
Slide 4: Support and service
- One ticket was raised in the last 30 days, and none were high priority.
- Nightly refresh has completed as expected for your tier.
- No service credits are due.
Few tickets alongside rising usage reads as a stable account. We will keep watching it.
Slide 5: Value so far
- Customer success and support now look at each installer's tickets, usage and renewals in one place, which was the reason for choosing Growth.
- The data stays in the EU region, as agreed at the start.
- The next step is to put a number on the time saved. As agreed, we would like Feldmoching Software to tell us where manual reconciliation has stopped, so the value case is in your words.
Slide 6: Opportunities
- Broaden adoption. Invite the remaining licensed users and run a short refresher session for support.
- Dashboards. Growth includes the dashboards builder. A few shared dashboards for renewals and installer health would make daily use easier.
- Review sources. Confirm that every connector in use is still loading, particularly after any change to your CRM or helpdesk.
