What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026BG-Demo's final version 1 onboarding plan, dated 17 Feb 2026, for the Growth tier in an EU region. It states a contracted £50k and 40 users, runs 13 Feb 2026 to 12 Feb 2027, and fixes no phase dates.
What it is: an onboarding plan prepared by Hamza Akhtar, Implementation Consultant. It sets out six phases from kick-off to hand over to the CSM, Elena Novak.
Commits: the plan records "Annual recurring revenue (contracted)" of £50k, 40 licensed users and an EU region inside the customer's own Snowflake account. It says the subscription "started on 13 Feb 2026 and runs to 12 Feb 2027".
Unusual: the plan labels £50k as ARR, which is a plan figure and not an order form price. It also states no availability, P1 response, refresh or connector delivery commitments.
Not settled: "Dates for each phase will be agreed with Feldmoching Software at kick-off and confirmed in writing. None are fixed in this document." The executed order form remains the reference for any commercial point, and this document does not show whether the phases were completed.

Body
Feldmoching Software - Onboarding Plan
Status: Final, version 1 Prepared by: Hamza Akhtar, Implementation Consultant, BG-Demo Date: 17 Feb 2026 Customer Success Manager: Elena Novak Account owner: Matteo Ricci
1. Purpose
This plan sets out how BG-Demo will bring Feldmoching Software live on B-Viz. Feldmoching Software, based in Munich, supplies job-scheduling and field-service software to heating and plumbing installers in Germany and Austria. It bought the Growth tier so that customer success and support can see each installer's tickets, usage and renewals together, with the data held in an EU region.
The subscription started on 13 Feb 2026 and runs to 12 Feb 2027.

3. Goals
Read the whole document (3,714 characters)
- Customer success and support work from one view of each installer: tickets, product usage and renewal dates.
- Both teams ask questions in B-Viz instead of reconciling exports by hand.
- Data stays in the EU region throughout.
- The licensed users are invited and know where to start.
4. Phases, owners and milestones
| Phase | What happens | Owner | Milestone |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kick-off | Confirm scope, contacts and the order of sources | Hamza Akhtar | Agreed source list |
| Access | Set up the Snowflake environment in the EU region and grant the permissions B-Viz needs | Hamza Akhtar with a colleague in Feldmoching Software's IT | Environment ready |
| Connect | Connect the CRM, the helpdesk and the product usage data, one source at a time | Hamza Akhtar | First source loading |
| Check | Compare what B-Viz shows against a handful of installers the customer knows well | Hamza Akhtar with Feldmoching Software's customer success lead | Numbers signed off by the customer |
| Enable | Short sessions for customer success and support on pages, chat and search, and on building dashboards | Hamza Akhtar | Teams asking real questions |
| Hand over | Move day-to-day care to the CSM and agree the first review | Elena Novak | Handover note issued |
Dates for each phase will be agreed with Feldmoching Software at kick-off and confirmed in writing. None are fixed in this document.
5. What we need from Feldmoching Software
- A named project contact, ideally from customer success.
- A colleague in IT who can approve access and answer questions about the source systems.
- Early notice of any change to the CRM or the helpdesk during onboarding, because a changed system is the usual reason a connector stops loading.
- A short list of installers to use for the checking phase.
6. Risks and how we handle them
- Source changes mid-project. Tell Hamza before changing fields or workflows, and he will re-run the affected load.
- Low early usage. Early activity is expected to be light until the sources are checked. Elena will watch active users and invite more people once the numbers are trusted.
- Single champion. Adoption should not rest on one person, so enablement sessions cover both customer success and support.
7. After go-live
Elena Novak takes over the relationship, runs the quarterly business reviews that come with Growth, and will raise the renewal conversation well ahead of 12 Feb 2027.
