What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Executed DPA signed 30 Jan 2026 between Feldmoching Software (controller) and BG-Demo (processor). Data stays in the customer's chosen EU region inside its own Snowflake account. It states no price, availability or response-time figures.
What it is: an executed DPA that applies to every order form between the parties. Feldmoching Software is the controller and BG-Demo the processor, acting "only on the Customer's documented instructions".
Commits: BG-Demo will not move data "to another region without the Customer's prior written agreement" and will not engage a sub-processor without prior written authorisation. It must tell the customer of a personal data breach "without undue delay" and allow reasonable audits.
Unusual: remote access from the United Kingdom counts as a transfer outside the EU region and needs a lawful mechanism and written agreement. The DPA also prevails over any conflicting data protection agreement.
Not settled: it sets no price, availability, support response, refresh deadline or service credit, and no numeric breach notice period. The authorised signatory for Feldmoching Software is not named, only the title Managing Director. Matteo Ricci signed for BG-Demo.

Body
Feldmoching Software - Data Processing Agreement (signed)
Status: Executed Version: one Date of signature: 30 Jan 2026
This Data Processing Agreement (the "DPA") is made between Feldmoching Software, of Munich, Germany (the "Customer"), and BG-Demo, of London (the "Supplier"). It forms part of the arrangements under which the Supplier provides B-Viz to the Customer and applies to every order form agreed between the parties.
Background
The Customer sells job-scheduling and field-service software to heating and plumbing installers in Germany and Austria. The Customer has chosen B-Viz so that its customer success and support teams can see each installer's tickets, usage and renewals together. The Customer requires its data to be held in an EU region.
Definitions
Read the whole document (4,865 characters)
- Customer Personal Data: personal data that the Customer, or a connected system of the Customer, makes available to B-Viz.
- Data Protection Law: the laws that apply to the processing of Customer Personal Data, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK equivalent where relevant.
- Snowflake Account: the Customer's own Snowflake account, inside which B-Viz is built and run.
- Connected Systems: the Customer's systems that are linked to B-Viz under an order form.
Roles of the parties
The Customer is the controller of Customer Personal Data. The Supplier is the processor and acts only on the Customer's documented instructions. This DPA and the order form are the Customer's complete instructions at signature. Further instructions must be given in writing.
Subject matter and purpose
The Supplier processes Customer Personal Data only to provide, support and maintain B-Viz for the Customer. This covers indexing data from Connected Systems, the nightly refresh, search, chat, pages and dashboards, and support requests raised by the Customer.
Where the data is held
B-Viz runs inside the Snowflake Account, which the Customer controls. Customer Personal Data stays in the EU region the Customer has selected. The Supplier will not move it to another region without the Customer's prior written agreement. Where the Supplier needs access for support, it works within the Snowflake Account and does not take copies out of it.
Supplier obligations
The Supplier will:
- Process Customer Personal Data only on documented instructions, and tell the Customer if it believes an instruction breaches Data Protection Law.
- Make sure that everyone authorised to process Customer Personal Data is bound by confidentiality.
- Apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including access control, least-privilege roles and logging of administrative access.
- Help the Customer respond to requests from data subjects, taking account of the nature of the processing.
- Help the Customer meet its duties on security, impact assessments and consultation with regulators.
- Delete or return Customer Personal Data at the end of the services, at the Customer's choice, unless the law requires it to be kept.
Sub-processors
The Supplier will not engage another processor for Customer Personal Data without the Customer's prior written authorisation. Where one is authorised, the Supplier will bind it to obligations no less protective than those in this DPA and remains responsible for its performance.
Personal data breach
The Supplier will tell the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting Customer Personal Data. The notice will describe what is known about the nature of the breach, the data concerned, the likely consequences and the steps taken. The Supplier will keep the Customer informed as the facts become clearer and will not conceal an incident from the Customer's security team.
Audit and information
The Supplier will give the Customer the information needed to show compliance with this DPA and will allow reasonable audits by the Customer or an auditor it appoints, on reasonable notice and during normal business hours. Because B-Viz runs in the Snowflake Account, the Customer can inspect much of the evidence directly.
International transfers
Any transfer of Customer Personal Data outside the EU region, including remote access from the United Kingdom, will take place only where a lawful transfer mechanism is in place and the Customer has agreed in writing.
Term and precedence
This DPA starts on signature and continues for as long as the Supplier processes Customer Personal Data. If this DPA conflicts with another agreement about the protection of Customer Personal Data, this DPA prevails.
