What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026A proposal dated 29 Dec 2025 for the Growth tier with EU data residency. Annual subscription £50k; deal amount £62k including the one-off implementation fee. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: A proposal from Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, for the Growth tier. It says "The annual price is £50k" and that the £62k deal amount "is not the annual price".
Commits: Invoicing is "annually in advance on 30-day terms", in GBP. Service levels are only "The standard Growth service levels", with no figures stated.
Unusual: Data residency is set to an EU region, which is an add-on in the standard offering. The document does not price it separately.
Not settled: "The final list of connectors, and how quickly each will be live, will be set out in the order form". No connector dates, signatory, start date or renewal date appear. The stored status is final, but the text is a proposal and an open item until an executed order form exists. The evidence does not show whether one was signed.

Feldmoching Software - Proposal
Proposal for the Growth tier of B-Viz
Prepared for: Feldmoching Software, Munich Prepared by: Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success contact: Elena Novak, BG-Demo Date: 29 Dec 2025
1. Why we are writing
Feldmoching Software provides job-scheduling and field-service software to heating and plumbing installers in Germany and Austria. You told us that customer success and support need to see each installer's tickets, usage and renewals together, and that your data must stay in an EU region. This proposal describes how B-Viz can do that.
2. What B-Viz would give you
B-Viz is one AI-queryable layer over your business data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your teams stop reconciling systems by hand and start asking questions directly.
Read the whole document (3,008 characters)
- A single view of each installer: support tickets, product usage and renewal position side by side.
- Pages, chat and search, so a customer success manager can ask a plain question and get an answer from your own data.
- The dashboards builder, so your teams can build the views they use most.
- Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Elena Novak, to check adoption and value.
3. Scope
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Teams | Customer success and support, with room to add further teams |
| Sources | Your CRM, the helpdesk and the product usage source, within the Growth connector allowance |
| Users | Within the Growth user allowance |
| Data residency | EU region |
| Service levels | The standard Growth service levels |
The final list of connectors, and how quickly each will be live, will be set out in the order form once agreed with you.
4. Pricing
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £50k |
| Deal amount (total value, including the one-off implementation fee) | £62k |
The annual price is £50k. The deal amount of £62k is the total value of the first year including the one-off implementation fee; it is not the annual price. The subscription is invoiced annually in advance on 30-day terms, and all invoices are in GBP.
5. How we would work with you
- Agree scope. We confirm the sources, the users and the EU residency requirement with you.
- Order form. We issue an order form under the BG-Demo MSA for your review.
- Implementation. We connect your sources inside your Snowflake account and check the results with your teams. I would rather you heard from me early if anything affects the timetable, and I will confirm any dates in writing once engineering has agreed them.
- Adoption. Elena Novak runs onboarding and the regular reviews.
6. Next steps
Please share this proposal with the people in customer success and support who would use B-Viz. I would be glad to walk through it with them and answer any questions, including anything your own data protection team needs to see.
Best regards, Matteo Ricci Account Executive, BG-Demo
