What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Internal draft proposal for a Growth tier B-Viz build, not yet sent. It quotes a Growth subscription annual price of £50k and a deal amount of £62k including the one-off implementation fee. It states no availability or P1 response figure.
What it is: a draft prepared by Matteo Ricci on 22 Dec 2025, marked "Draft for internal review. Not yet sent to Feldmoching Software." It proposes the Growth tier for customer success and support, with EU data residency.
Commits: nothing binding. It quotes "Growth subscription, annual price" at £50k, billed "annually in advance on standard 30-day terms", and a deal amount of £62k as the total first-year value including the implementation fee.
Unusual: the document warns the £62k "should not be read as the annual price". No discount is applied.
Not settled: the connector list and go-live commitment for each are "still to be agreed". Whether EU residency is covered by Growth or needs an add-on is open. The business owner is unconfirmed, and no service levels are stated. The evidence does not show that a final proposal or order form followed.

Body
Feldmoching Software - Proposal v1
Draft for internal review. Not yet sent to Feldmoching Software.
Prepared by Matteo Ricci, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 22 Dec 2025 Customer success contact at BG-Demo: Elena Novak
1. Context
Feldmoching Software, based in Munich, supplies job-scheduling and field-service software to heating and plumbing installers in Germany and Austria. Today, customer success and support work from separate systems, so nobody sees an installer's tickets, product usage and renewal position in one place. Answering a simple question about an installer's health means reconciling several sources by hand.
This proposal sets out how B-Viz, built and run inside Feldmoching Software's own Snowflake account, could give those teams one layer to ask questions of.
2. What Feldmoching Software told us it needs
- Customer success and support looking at the same picture of each installer.
- Tickets, usage and renewals brought together rather than checked system by system.
- Data held in an EU region.
3. Proposed scope

| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Teams | Customer success and support, with room for further teams under the Growth tier |
| Capabilities | Pages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder |
| Connectors | Your CRM, the helpdesk and the product usage source, within the Growth connector allowance |

The exact list of connectors and the go-live commitment for each are still to be agreed and will be fixed in the order form.
4. Pricing
| Line | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £50k |
| One-off implementation fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Deal amount (total value, including the one-off implementation fee) | £62k |
The annual price of £50k is the recurring subscription. The deal amount of £62k is the total value of the first year's commitment including the one-off implementation fee, and should not be read as the annual price. Subscription is billed annually in advance on standard 30-day terms. No discount is applied in this draft.
5. Open points

6. Next steps
- Internal review of this draft.
