What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Hannah Lowe's final version 1 answers to the security questions, dated 14 Dec 2025, for the proposed Growth tier with EU data. P1 first response is "within one business hour". No price or availability percentage is stated.
What it is: a customer-facing questionnaire response prepared by Hannah Lowe for Feldmoching Software (Munich). It describes the Growth tier "as proposed, with the data held in an EU region".
Commits: P1 first response "within one business hour", and a nightly refresh that "completes by 07:00 customer local time on business days". Service credits on Growth "apply to availability only". The availability figure itself is not stated.
Unusual: Dedicated EU data residency is an add-on, and the customer has asked for it. SSO and SCIM are not included in Growth.
Not settled: BG-Demo's operational metadata held outside Snowflake, the detailed access model, certifications, penetration test reports and sub-processors are all deferred to written follow-up. The document is not a contract, and no price is stated.

Body
Feldmoching Software - Security Questionnaire
Prepared by: Hannah Lowe, Solutions Engineer, BG-Demo Prepared for: Feldmoching Software (Munich) Date: 14 Dec 2025 Tier discussed: Growth Status: Final, version 1
To be precise, these answers describe the Growth tier as proposed, with the data held in an EU region. Where a control depends on the customer's own Snowflake configuration, I say so. I'll put anything further in writing on request.
1. Architecture and data location
Read the whole document (3,297 characters)
| # | Question | Answer |
|---|---|---|
| 1.1 | Where does the data live? | B-Viz is built and run inside the customer's own Snowflake account. Feldmoching Software's data stays in that account. |
| 1.2 | Can the data be held in the EU? | Yes. Dedicated EU data residency is available as an add-on and is part of what Feldmoching Software has asked for. |
| 1.3 | Which systems connect to B-Viz? | Only the sources the customer chooses to connect, for example the helpdesk, the CRM and product usage data. Growth includes a set number of connectors, and more can be added. |
| 1.4 | Does BG-Demo keep a separate copy of customer data? | The short answer is that the data sits in the customer's Snowflake account. The longer answer is that I will confirm in writing exactly which operational metadata, if any, BG-Demo holds outside it. |
2. Access control
| # | Question | Answer |
|---|---|---|
| 2.1 | Is single sign-on supported? | SSO and SCIM are part of the Enterprise tier and are not included in Growth. |
| 2.2 | How is access to B-Viz managed on Growth? | Users are licensed per the Growth allowance and managed by the customer's administrators. |
| 2.3 | Who at BG-Demo can reach customer data? | Access is limited to the engineers working on the customer's deployment. I will confirm the detailed access model in writing with our security lead before it is relied on contractually. |
3. Availability and support
| # | Question | Answer |
|---|---|---|
| 3.1 | What availability is committed? | The standard Growth availability service level. Service credits on Growth apply to availability only. |
| 3.2 | What is the response time for a critical incident? | For a P1 on Growth, first response is within one business hour. |
| 3.3 | How fresh is the data? | The nightly refresh completes by 07:00 customer local time on business days, on every tier. Freshness is not credited on Growth. |
| 3.4 | Is Premium support available? | Premium support, with a named engineer, is an add-on. It is included by default only on Enterprise from version two. |
4. Items not covered here
- Certifications, penetration test reports and the full list of sub-processors are not stated in this response. I will not answer those from memory.
- A full Enterprise-style security review is not part of Growth implementation. If Feldmoching Software's security team needs one, we should discuss it separately.
- Any answer above that the security team considers insufficient should be sent back to me, and I will check it with Ewan before replying.
5. Next steps
- Feldmoching Software's IT team reviews the answers and lists follow-up questions.
- Hannah Lowe replies in writing to each follow-up.
- Matteo Ricci and Elena Novak are kept informed of any open points.
Thanks, Hannah
