What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Executed Data Processing Agreement signed 16 Apr 2026 under the Master Services Agreement, covering B-Viz at the Starter tier. BG-Demo is Processor, Ludworth Lettings Controller. It states no price, availability or response-time figures.
What it is: an executed DPA, signed on 16 Apr 2026 by Tom Ashdown for BG-Demo and a Director for Ludworth Lettings. It sits under the Master Services Agreement signed the same date, and the subject matter is "provision of B-Viz at the Starter tier".
Commits: BG-Demo will process personal data "only on the Controller's documented instructions" and will not engage another processor without prior authorisation. It must tell the Controller "without undue delay" after becoming aware of a personal data breach, and allow reasonable audits on sensible notice.
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. Data stays in the Controller's own Snowflake account, and any dedicated residency would need written agreement. On exit BG-Demo removes its B-Viz components and deletes copies held outside the account.
Not settled: no price, term length, renewal date, service levels or breach-notification deadline. The Director is not named, and those commercial terms sit in the order form and Master Services Agreement, which this document does not reproduce.

Body
Ludworth Lettings - Data Processing Agreement (signed)
Status: Executed Version: 1 Signed: 16 Apr 2026
This Data Processing Agreement sits under the Master Services Agreement between Ludworth Lettings ("the Controller") and BG-Demo ("the Processor"), signed on the same date.
Background and scope
BG-Demo provides B-Viz to the Controller. B-Viz is built and run inside the Controller's own Snowflake account, so the Controller's data remains in an environment the Controller owns. In providing the service, BG-Demo may process personal data about the Controller's staff, landlords, tenants and contractors that is held in the systems the Controller connects.
Subject matter and purpose
Read the whole document (3,728 characters)
- Subject matter: provision of B-Viz at the Starter tier.
- Purpose: to index, search and present the Controller's connected data so that its property-management team can see each landlord's properties, repairs tickets and statements together.
- Duration: the term of the Master Services Agreement, and any period afterwards needed to return or delete data.
- Types of data: contact details, property and tenancy details, repairs and maintenance records, and statement information held in connected systems.
- Data subjects: the Controller's employees, landlords, tenants and contractors.
Processor obligations
BG-Demo will:
- process personal data only on the Controller's documented instructions, which include the Master Services Agreement and this agreement;
- make sure that everyone who handles personal data is bound by a duty of confidence;
- apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including access controls and the isolation that comes from running inside the Controller's Snowflake account;
- not engage another processor without the Controller's prior authorisation, and then only under terms that give the same protection as this agreement;
- help the Controller to respond to requests from individuals exercising their data protection rights;
- help the Controller with its security, breach notification and impact assessment duties, taking into account the nature of the processing;
- tell the Controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting the Controller's data.
Controller obligations
The Controller confirms that it has a lawful basis for the processing, that its instructions comply with data protection law, and that it has given any notices to individuals that the law requires.
Location of data
The Controller's data is held in the Controller's Snowflake account. Any change to where that data is held, or any dedicated residency arrangement, would need to be agreed in writing between the parties.
Return and deletion
When the services end, BG-Demo will remove its B-Viz components from the Controller's Snowflake account. The Controller's source data remains with the Controller. BG-Demo will delete any copies of personal data it holds outside the Controller's account, unless the law requires it to keep them.
Audit
BG-Demo will give the Controller the information reasonably needed to show compliance with this agreement and will allow reasonable audits on sensible notice, during business hours and without disrupting the service.
Order of precedence
If this agreement conflicts with the Master Services Agreement on the handling of personal data, this agreement prevails.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
