Fees and payment
The Supplier will invoice the subscription annually in advance and the implementation fee as a one-off charge. The Customer will pay each undisputed invoice within 30 days. No discount applies to either line.

Service credits under this agreement are given for availability breaches only. A period in which B-Viz was available but showed data that was not yet refreshed is not an availability breach under this tier.
Implementation
The Supplier will carry out the Starter implementation over four weeks, connecting up to four sources chosen with the Customer. The connector list and any live-within commitments will be recorded in the order form.
Data and security
The Customer's data stays in its own Snowflake account. The Supplier will access it only to deliver and support the services. Detailed data protection terms are to follow in the data processing agreement.
Renewal
The agreement ends on the end date above unless renewed. The customer success manager, Marcus Bell, will contact the Customer ahead of the end date to discuss renewal. Pricing at renewal follows the price book in force at that time.
