What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final proposal dated 6 Mar 2026 for B-Viz Starter. Annual subscription £22k, advance billing on 30-day terms. Total first-year deal value £28k including implementation. Service figures are deferred to the order form. Not a signed contract.
What it is: a sales proposal from Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, for the property-management team. It proposes Starter with "up to four connectors" and a four-week fixed-fee implementation.
Commits: pricing is stated as "The annual subscription price is £22k". Invoicing is "annual in advance on 30-day terms", with quarterly billing on request and no discount applied.
Unusual: the £28k total is "the value of the whole deal, including the one-off implementation fee, and should not be read as the yearly price". The implementation fee is not itemised separately.
Not settled: the service levels are described only as standard Starter terms, with figures left to the order form and master services agreement. The connector list and live dates are also deferred. The evidence does not show that the proposal was accepted, and it is an open item until an executed order form exists.

Body
Ludworth Lettings - Proposal
Prepared for: Ludworth Lettings, Stockport Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 6 Mar 2026 Status: Final
1. Context
Ludworth Lettings is a residential lettings and block-management agency looking after about six thousand homes across South Manchester and Cheshire. Day to day, the property-management team works across several systems to answer a simple question: what is going on with this landlord's properties?
At the moment a landlord's properties, their repairs tickets and their statements sit in different places. Pulling them together for a call or a review means switching between systems and reconciling them by hand. That takes time, and it makes it harder to give a landlord a confident, current answer.
This proposal sets out how B-Viz can give the property-management team one place to see all three together.
2. What we propose
We propose the B-Viz Starter tier for the property-management team. B-Viz is a single AI-queryable layer over your business systems, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays under your control.
Starter is designed for one team and includes:
Read the whole document (3,760 characters)
- pages, chat and search across the connected data;
- the Starter user allowance for the property-management team;
- up to four connectors, covering the sources that hold landlord, property, repairs and statement information;
- a six-monthly check-in with your customer success manager, Marcus Bell.
3. Scope of the implementation
Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee engagement of four weeks. During that time we will:
- agree with you which sources matter most to the property-management team;
- connect them to B-Viz inside your Snowflake account;
- build the landlord view so that properties, repairs tickets and statements appear together;
- train the team to ask questions in plain English and to use search and pages.
We will confirm the exact connector list and live dates with you in the order form, so that each commitment is written down.
4. Pricing
| Item | Type | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| B-Viz Starter subscription | Annual, in advance | £22k |
| Starter implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the total below |
| Total first-year deal value | Subscription plus implementation | £28k |
The annual subscription price is £22k. The total of £28k is the value of the whole deal, including the one-off implementation fee, and should not be read as the yearly price. No discount is applied in this proposal.
Invoicing is annual in advance on 30-day terms. Quarterly billing is available on request.
5. Service levels
Starter carries the standard Starter service levels: the published availability commitment, a P1 first response within the Starter response window, and service credits for availability. The nightly refresh is complete before the start of each business day. The detailed figures will be set out in the order form and the master services agreement.
6. What we need from Ludworth Lettings
- A named sponsor in the property-management team.
- Admin access to the systems we will connect, or a colleague in IT who can grant it.
- A small group of users to test the landlord view before it goes live.
7. Next steps
- Review this proposal with the property-management team.
- Tell Tom of any changes to the connector list or the team that should be covered.
- We then prepare the order form and master services agreement for review.
- Once signed, we agree a start date for the four-week implementation.
Tom will confirm any figure you want to check against the order form before anything is signed. Questions in the meantime go to Tom Ashdown at tom.ashdown@bg-demo.example.
